Had to make multiple request by email to have tax removed due to my tax exemption that should have been already documented in your system also I was never given the $15 rebate that I was told I would be given over the phone with customer service, this is not the first purchase I have made with this company but it may be my last there are more options / retailer's that sell same product for same or less price.
