I received nearly 5 year old tires! These are high performance tires that are made soft and harden with age. They're almost to the age that aren't legally able to be sold!
I did find comfort in their 90 day return policy: "If you are not satisfied with the tires simply return the tires back for full refund", however after contacting them, this is a joke. They refuse to let me return them!

I will say that they do disclaim "Returns based on the age of tires will not be approved. Buyer agrees to the production year listed on every product page."

HOWEVER there is NO PRODUCTION DATE listed on that tires "product page" and says "n/a". When I called them, they said they can't be returned for manufacturing date... well that's only HALF of the sentence - they are now picking and choosing the wording that they want so I can't return them. The rep assured me they store they store them in a climate controlled warehouse (continue to read, they don't even stock the tires, it's a 3rd party - BTW climate doesn't keep rubber from aging/hardening). If they disclosed the year, I wouldn't have ordered them. False advertising to unload almost out of date tires?

So I contacted them as a prospective buyer and asked them the age of the tires. This is the response I received:

"Unfortunately due to the fact that we are a third party seller and our supplier did not disclose that information, we are unable to provide you with the correct date of manufacturing.
However we can ensure you that they are new, never mounted, never used, and were kept in climate controlled warehouses.

We also have a 90 day return policy, in the unlikely case you receive the tire(s), and they are not as advertised."

Just be honest with your return policy and let me return these. You are hiding the age of your tires to dupe people.
