Ordered set of tires and opted to ship to one of Priority Tire's "Trusted Installers" ( from the Prioritytire website). Based on tracking the tires made it to the local FedEx distribution center and delivery was expected close of Business Monday. Didn't happen with the reason "Recipient can not be located". Called Priority Tire and after 30 minutes on hold I opted for them to call me back. Received a call 30 minutes later and explained the situation, Priority Tire said they would call FedEx and "straighten it out".
Tracking updated to delivery by close of business Tuesday. Didn't happen with the reason "Recipient can not be located". Called Priority Tire and was disconnected, attempted online chat, was disconnected. Called again and I was 9th in queue- waited until I was 1st, was disconnected. Checked tracking status and it was updated to delivery by close of business Wednesday. Didn't happen again with the reason "Recipient can not be located". Called Priority Tire and cancelled order. They stated they will have to wait until tires get back to warehouse before I get my refund. Clearly they can handle a shipment to an address, what is the likely hood that they can handle a shipment return? I've never taken possession of the tires I purchased and they clearly have little control of their logistics, not even sure if tires ever left their warehouse. Fighting this through Credit Card company and Florida and Pennsylvania BBB.
Read through the reviews carefully and see the consistent challenges Priority Tire is having with shipping and customer support. In this day and age, I'm not even sure how a business can survive with fundamental problems in service and shipping. If you are one of the lucky ones to get your tires successfully, Priority Tire will likely be out of business before your warranty expires.
Shipped half of the order. Lied on their website about treadwear ratings. I asked to for a refund on the order and they go silent. Today they offer me $30 off. What an I going to do with that? My car just sits here now because I have to replace all 4 tires at one. RUN FAR FAR AWAY from these people.
We never misadvertise or incorrectly ship Tires on purpose, if you received a different Tire than ordered that is purely due to a rare and unlucky accident. In such cases we're happy to offer a Free Return or alternative accommodation.
All you need to do is contact us and communicate - we'll be happy to help one way or another. There is no need to act in bad faith or accuse us of foul play due to an unlucky error.
This company sold me defective tires in Oct of 21, it is now Jan 16th 2022 and I am still fighting to get a refund. Instead of sending me replacement tires and allowing me to send the deflective tires back, they made me purchase new tires from a different company and told me to cut out the DOT number on the sidewall of each tire, the tire shop installing my new/replacement tires would only do two of them because it took a long time and the smell was too bad. I decided that that was fair, I could take care of the other two. (Wrong, you cannot cut through tires with a sawzall). So I took the pictures I was told I had to take of those two and sent them in and preceded home letting the tire shop dispose of those two tires. The next day I proceeded to cut the other two up and couldn't, I filmed myself damaging the tires enough that they are for sure no longer able to be installed on a car and contacted Priority Tire and let them know this. They then proceeded to tell me that in addition to the DOT code they also needed the serial number cut out of the tires. I don't have the first two tires to even look for the serial numbers. The second two tires, I don't see any sort of a serial number on them. There is a badly damaged barcode sticker that sits on the tire bead that may be it but I don't see anything else that would resemble a serial number. Either way, I have now paid for two new sets of tires since Oct and see no end to getting anything resolved with this company. You can find a better company to buy tires from with payment plans.

Your reported issue was handled as per the Terms of Sale, and you were asked for documentation which you were not willing to fully provide. Regardless, we initiated a warranty procedure with the documentation we had, and are currently awaiting a reply from the manufacturer. In addition, and to address certain mentions in your message, we did not ''make'' you purchase new tires, nor we implied anything even similar. That was your decision. You reported an issue, we requested documentation, you did not provide the documentation fully, we resorted to filing a warranty claim with incomplete documentation, and are currently awaiting the resolution. All our actions were taken in respect to all guidelines and policies. Rest assured that you will be assisted the best possible, as soon as that is possible. Thank you kindly.
Ordered a set of 4 tires. Got 3 pretty quick and thats it. Just 3. Called the company the same day and they said the pair is strapped together. So 2 and 2. But I only received 1 and 2. So how 1 managed to break apart 4 strong plastic straps is beyond me but according to them, fedex lost it and I asked what would happen if fedex doesn't find it and they said they can't help me if so. Very shady! Any normal company would send a refund or a replacement tire till the lost one either shows up or doesn't. Now im stuck here waiting to see if Fedex finds my tire or admits fault or I lose $115 because "4 tires have been marked as delivered" WHEN I WATCHED THE DELIVERY GUY DROP OFF ONLY 3 TIRES. Very Shady!
We are very sorry to hear that you haven't received your tire. When an issue like this is reported, and all tracking information points to the fact that the order was correctly delivered, we are unable to ship replacements right from the get go.
Instead, a missing package procedure has to be initiated beforehand, and only once that claim yields a resolution, are we able to for certain say that you are missing a tire, therefore we are able to ship another one. That being said, if you are able to provide any proof confirming that you haven't received what you have purchased, such as security camera footage, we would be swift to ship you another tire immediately. Well 10 more days have went by since my last review. I am still waiting for one of the tires I have bought and priority tire has not contacted me with an update at the moment. I would call them but the last few times I called it took about 30 minutes to talk to someone. I would have tried to message them via social media but Priority tire has blocked me from some of their social media pages. But hey, at least we know they haven't went out of business yet haha. Some great customer service they have lol. I will give one more week until I take any further action. I will continue to update here on google about my horrible experience with this company.
We ship and deliver every single Tire as soon as we can. If FedEx has a delay, we do help our customers. If you report to not have received a shipment we can certainly investigate, but you must understand that in those cases the item was formally delivered, forcing us to investigate and dispute the delivery with FedEx.
Likewise, we do update our Customers whenever possible and answer every inquiry as soon as we can - indeed the period you describe was a very busy one, leading to longer hold times on the phone line (we have since improved our service to minimize this experience).
We are very patient and tolerant with our Customers, so if you were blocked on Social Media that is exclusively due to your own hostile and unreasonable behavior.

As soon as you reported the issue we jumped in to help you! We apologized for the accidental mistake and offered help in the form of a Free Return, with the correct Tires being shipped as soon as you ship the original Tires back (without having to wait for them to come back).

Purched 4 Forceum tires and experienced a defect with one of the tires with less than 1000 miles. Priority states that the the waaranty is dependent on the manufacturer's review. It has been over 5 weeks and still haven't heard back from the manufacture with little to no help from Priority tire. Make sure you read the fine print before buying tires from Priority.
We do our best to only sell safe, functional and as-advertised Tires. If a Customer reports an issue we are happy to review the situation and provide assistance as appropriate.
In your case, the Tire was mounted and used for a while and the damage it has could have potentially manifested from damage during driving. As such, we are forced to contact the Supplier/Manufacturer for the warranty so that we can determine the nature of the issue.
You did provide us with photos of the Tire, which we are thankful for, which we did provide in full for the warranty. We did escalate it as well in hopes of getting this resolved.
As soon as we receive an update we will contact you back and proceed further!

So far so good. They ride allot smoother than I expected. The installer had no problem mounting them to th wheels.

Apologies but we must vehemently dispute this slanderous review. We shipped your Order out in full, sending you all 4 Tires together to your Address exactly as requested and advertised.
As soon as you reported that you somehow only received 2 Tires we jumped in to investigate not only with our own Warehouse but also with FedEx.
After it was determined by our crew and records that we did ship 4 Tires, we made sure to escalate the matter with FedEx; the situation was investigated by reviewing their internal footage, their GPS scans, the situation at the local station and by interviewing the delivery personnel.
Despite them telling us that they delivered all 4 Tires, we still attempted two separate Claims to try and pursue the issue based on the information you provided to us - but indeed FedEx denied the Claims, confirming that they did deliver all 4 Tires.
Meanwhile we asked you to provide us with any and all evidence about this missing Pair of Tires; we did not get any, instead only receiving insults, accusations and attempts at extortion from you.
You also attempted a payment dispute and, lo and behold - your fraudulent chargeback was closed in our favor. The same will happen with any fraudulent review you try to post elsewhere.
All in all, we processed and fulfilled the Order as requested, after which we nonetheless tried to be helpful and open to your request. If you lost your Tires after the delivery that is not something we or FedEx can help you with.
I haven't mounted the tires yet on my Ford Expedition so I can't comment on handling etc. I will say that they were shipped quickly with no issues. My only complaint is that I bought 8 tires for two vehicles and was trying to complete the purchase before 1:00 pm to save 1 day on shipping and never saw the discounts for a first time customer. That option never came up through the order processing pages as far as I know. It was afterwards that I saw the new customer discount and lost out on a big savings considering I spent nearly $1000. On tires for two cars. I would have thought the new customer question would have come up during checkout but no. That's what I get for trying to rush through the ordering process. I could have really appreciated that savings to put towards mounting and balancing. Still waiting for the other 4 tires to be delivered. Seems like a good place to buy tires and they have very good ratings everywhere online so they can be trusted.

Purchased 2 tires and both were over 8 years old.
Both had broken belts within 1000 miles.
Customer service is horrible and would not refund any money even after shipping them back!

Apologies, we must dispute this report and in fact see it as a insincere attempt at defamation.
First and foremost, you told us that you used the Tires "carefully" for "about 2000 miles".
We offered you assistance as you reported that one (1) Tire was damaged due to a broken belt; we offered you help despite you contacting us outside of any advertised or implied Warranty. We basically decided to help you, in good faith, at our own cost.
Despite us offering you help in a timely manner and promising a Refund/Replacement, you responded with hostility, filling a Payment Dispute. We accepted the Payment Dispute, yet you complained about the "delay in the Refund" despite the fact that the only cause of the delay was the Payment Dispute you yourself had opened.
Furthermore, the Tire you sent us back was almost completely bald; broken belt or not, age or not, this is indicative of extreme usage, not "careful highway driving for about 2000 miles".
After all of this you reported that the 2nd Tire had a separated belt. Despite your prior behavior we offered you help yet again - in the form of contacting the Manufacturer and attempting a Warranty Claim.
The Manufacturer responded by denying said Warranty Claim, citing that all the provided evidence indicates misuse.
This is why we formally denied your request for a replacement/refund for this 2nd Tire.
Finally, all of the Tires we sell are safe, authentic and in completely New condition. On the listing you purchased we clearly disclosed that no specific Tire Age is disclosed - nor did you report any issue upon receiving the Tires. Yes, some Tires are a bit older (in all honesty most of our Tires are within 3 years of age), but this aspect did not even play a factor here.
Namely, Tire Age cannot in any way play a part in belt issues. The quality and integrity of a Tire's internal construction does not wear down with Age in any sense.
As a result of all of this and given our information for this entire circumstance, we firmly refute your attempt at defamation and slander.
Purchased tires on line. They gave me tracking numbers. They called and said the tires were out of stock and would refund me. They never refunded. Had to file a dispute.
We do our best to have our inventory updated at all times and to ship every single Order as advertised! Unfortunately mistakes can still happen, in your case an unexpected stock issue was discovered for half of your Order after the shipping process had been initiated. That is why we contacted you to try and resolve it; we always try to offer appropriate replacement Tires (with a discount, as a courtesy) but do honor a Refund if our Customers requests it. We did not withhold your Refund - instead, simply, we had to stop the other half of the Order which was already shipped. As soon as that shipment was stopped we issued the full Refund, as you requested! There was no payment dispute opened here.
I ordered 2 tire, they gave me a FedEx tracking number and date. Then 2 days later they told me they have no tires for me. Know I have to wait 3 days for a refund! I thought you can't take money until you ship it! If you want to wast your time order tires from this place.
Apologies but you placed the Order and paid for it; we didn't "take" your money, you processed a payment. Afterwards the Order was prepared to be shipped and a FedEx label created, but unluckily the Warehouse in question reported the extremely rare stock issue.
That is why we contacted you to offer you different (similar) Tires or a Refund; you chose a Refund and we processed it as soon as we could! We'd be more than happy to offer you some further courtesy assistance!

Appears that priority tire co has No problem in selling a Defective product that a professional tire company documented and would Not due to safety purposes put on vehicle... SO BE CAREFUL DOING BUSINESS WITH PRIORITY TIRE CO. THRU ONLINE PURCHASES.

Tires came in, in just 3 days which is a pretty fast shipping. Pop both of my tires Saturday night, went onto the pc and search for tires and came across this website. Thought that I decided to give it a try and place an order of 2 tires and see how it goes.
Tires came in on Wednesday morning. Shipping is fast and the Quality on the tires are great as well. Definitely will order new tires from priority tires again.

After statements from the installer and numerous pictures priority tire claims that the problem is road hazard and not covered.
Apologies, however, your Order is from December and is thus outside of our advertised 90-day policy. We still accepted your report and reviewed what you had to say in a fair manner.
Unfortunately, our Warranty Team advised that we cannot assist as the damage in question seems to be from an external cause.

Bought four tires cant keep balanced they less than 5000 miles on them. They are junk only A90 day warranty even if not on car JUNK do not by from priority tire nothing but junk.
