There was a big crease down the center of our album cover that ruined the front cover picture.
Everything came out beautifully. The canvas is great quality. The mug arrived fast and looks great.
Ordered voucher on living social and then made it on their site. 2 of the pictures all professional said resolution is poor but actually came out great when printed so I'd just ignore the warning. I did have pictures with the sure constantly swapping around the pictures when I tried editing other parts of it and ended up actually putting a picture twice when this happened right before checkout and I didn't notice. They say they will email you when item shipped but I never got an email and I was supposed to have the item by Father's day due to when I ordered it. The site said dispatched but nothing else. I didn't receive it by Father's day so I printed the preview and gave that with a note that it was arriving shortly. I tried contacting them on two occasions and only got a response the second time but they did let me know the item had shipped apologized and gave me a tracking number. The item came in that day (today) 2 days after it was supposed to arrive but in the end the blanket was amazing quality and with the trouble. I was able to get over all the customer service and site issues once I saw the product. Though I do wish the living social mentioned the outrageous shipping costs. After shipping was included it was only a few cents cheaper than Walmart. But again the quality and overall product are with out a doubt worth it.
Not satisfied. The metal picture was not at all what I expected.
Delivery of my order took almost a month. Also, photo order site not intuitive. Ended up getting two of the same pictures shipped to me instead of two different ones like I wanted it to be. Add on the ridiculous amount of upselling that the site does and it makes for an unpleasant experience overall.
It takes more than three weeks to receive the package and the print is dark.

Ordered 5 school yearbooks they turned out great just like I designed. Very happy! Would recommend this company!
I have Loved the detail and clarity of each picture along with the softness of the fabric
Tool difficult to use (haven't used another site, so they maybe similar) - want photos in chronological order, had to load pics 1 year at a time, to get somewhat in order. Definitely not a quick and done, took many hours, days, and weeks to arrange pictures in order for 60 page book. Also, I shouldn't have to pay $6 per book to remove your printer barcode - that's crazy!
When I received my order, one of pages didn't print correctly. When I looked online at my project after I received it, the photos were to the edge, but the book printed a boarder. Now when I am following up, the online version us showing like the printed book - which when reviewed prior to ordering, looked fone, all pages printed to edge.
Extremely frustrating. I sent a message about print error, no email or contact from printerpix that I can see. Where is the customer service?
The Delivery was slower than expected but the book was nice and I was happy with it
The book didn't come at the date it was supposed to come. My client was told her photo book would come on a certain day but I had to reschedule, because it was late.

I enjoyed all the fun customizing tools you offer on your photo puzzles. These will be a hit at my daughter's wedding. The tools were easy to work with.
After Purchase we found the puzzles to be beautiful, but more difficult to work with than expected. We had the 117 piece puzzles. The pieces were difficult to work with because they could fit in more than one place. We did eventually solve all the puzzles.
