I was a little disappointed in lead time, and also the fact that it didn't have a way to hang it on the wall, like it appeared to have as the picture indicated, coming ready to hang. Apparently, I had to order that, so now I need to find a way to hang it. Also, the metal was way thinner than I thought it would be, so it looked a little cheap. I liked the price though.

Good product, ordering process could be improved (for example needing to add each order independently, zooming photos is problematic). Also charging to remove your logo? That is ridiculous. Other than that we liked the frames. Thanks

The time between finishing my project and receiving it in the mail was awful. My order said it would be updated within 96 hours and it didn't update for 2 weeks. I reached out on two different occasions to try and find out what happened to my order and missed the event my order was for by a week and a half. Very disappointed.

The first blacker had spots and you replaced it graciously and I thank you. The second is perfect.

It took very long time to receive my order. The overall quality is good, just some of the images were cut off too much.

Shipping was not as fast as I paid for, product is average quality. I ordered in advance of an event and I didn't receive the item in time.

Site was not as user friendly as I would have liked, but it was easy enough to navigate as soon as I figured it out. Pillow came with nice canvas material and was overall better quality than I expected. Glad I used this site.

My pictures were bent when I received them. I tried to straighten them out but they are still imperfect. Disappointed it wasn't shipped in something where it could not be damaged.
