Order delivery took much longer that planned. After multiple requests for updates, there was not one response. The order did finally arrive several weeks later. This was my second order. The first order was timely and well done.

It came out so good but my package got lost in the mail. However, printerpix team worked really fast.

Showed up way sooner then expected! Only downside is it's not super sharp and defined. I payed for the extra definition or whatever it's called and I'm scared to think what it would've looked like without it.

I ordered a 20 page book, but for one reason there was extra white pages at the beginning and end of book. Other than that nice book.

I was hoping to get the canvases a bit quicker and closer in proximity for the split shipment.

Easy to build book, great service and the final product was beyond my expectations.

Shipping costs are too high and forcing people to enter 50 characters to leave a comment is annoying

Overall, the experience was good. Great pricing. Pictures book looks nice. Picture color is not as vibrant as in other books I've had done elsewhere, but the cost is affordable. On my next book, I will ask for help uploading the pictures. For some reason, they came in out of date order and I spent 12 hours fixing that.

I love the product. The book is high quality and we are very happy to have these memories preserved in this way.

The actual size of the mirror is larger than what it showed on the editing page, so it turned out some would have blank spots around the corner. I ordered 10 customized compact mirrors; around 2 or 3 of them were hard to open and 1 was too tight to open.

It was a speedy yet beautiful blanket. The pictures were all clear and the price was fair. Beautiful product

Program is not as user friendly as it could be!

You should be able to easily move photos from page to page, change layout, etc!

The print was washed out.
The website required a different browser for payment
Service to resolve has been awful

I love the availability to get something quick with free shipping. The project unfortunately took me a but longer because your pages don't auto save every few minutes. Having to hit the save button each time made me lose my project updates multiple times :/ But I will say the customer service was wonderful and they expedited my order to get it here super fast. Thank you!

I love the quality of the blankets, but mostly I love how quickly I received them! I already ordered again!
