Better prints with canvas on demand. I bought this for the deal on Groupon. I did not appreciate all the nickel and diming on taking your company's logo off! That was a good one! And then extra for quality shots, and then extra for a hook. Like what in the world is that? Next, will you ask extra for affix the canvas onto the frame?! Like really. You need to review your business model. I will never purchase again, and I will never recommend. Groupon or not. Your business actually sucks. I'll go back to cavas on demand, or just use CVS, Walgreens or Walmart. At least there I don't have to worry about them asking me to remove THEIR logo for a premium 😂😂😂 ridiculous. Must be quite incompetent people discussing your marketing model.

The first product looked terrible. It was faded and thr color was nothing like my original file Customer service was rude, basically saying that it was my fault and that the produxt was printed exactly like my file that i uploaded. I disagreed and called to speak wirh someone else and they agreed to reprint and the second metal print looked great...exactly like my original photo file. The road to get there, however, was slow and unpleasant..

Hard to fit pictures into spaces, otherwise all good. The product turned out great.
Picture was away to over exposed. White balance way of. Ended up ordering same size from Walmart which was perfect. It was very disappointing since I looked at so many metal prints.
I'm pleased with the overall quality of the photo book, however it took 3 weeks for delivery and unfortunately did not arrive in time for the event I'd ordered it for.
I paid a lot more for over night and came 3 days after. Not happy.

Shipping cost was more than the item cost. Also couldn't find that out until AFTER making the (non-refundable) purchase so although overall happy with the product I felt taken advantage of and would not recommend the company!
It was very easy. Some pictures did not work, and I don't understand why, but overall, the project was easy and came out fine.
It was ok. I couldn't find an actual measurement on my puzzle. Pieces mean nothing to me as for size. I had trouble starting over because I didn't like what I had put together. I made it through and hope the kids like it.
My second time ordering from them. The blankets always have very high quality pictures and feel high quality as well. Also do not get ruined in the washer and drier. Shipping is pretty quick. They always have sales too. They communicate well with customers. All good things, i recommend this company 100% :).

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
