This was the one of the worst customer experiences I think I have ever had. I purchased a book with every upgrade possible and paid for expedited shipping to make sure this arrived in time to be part of a marriage proposal. I never received a shipping confirmation email and only after talking to two different customer service reps did I receive a tracking link. However, that link was not even for my order and it wasn't until 1.5 weeks of calling customer service every day that I finally connected with a manager who admitted my order was actually printed in the UK and not the US (their website says made in the US which is not true). Even after paying for expedited shipping, it hadn't shipped over 1.5 weeks later. I finally received my order after 2 weeks which was too late for the proposal, and the quality was horrible. None of the upgrades I paid for we included, there were grey lines at the top of some of the pages clearly indicating poor quality printing and cutting. The manager told me he would refund me and then I was only refunded for shipping. After another full week of calling this company, I finally was able to convince them to refund me the full amount. It hasn't showed up in my bank account yet so I'm hoping it finally does so I don't have to deal with this company anymore. I would suggest using a more reputable company for any custom print needs.

I've been going back and forth with their email support for over two months to correct my order. When I finally gave up and asked for a refund I stopped being contacted back.

I've tried calling and their phones say they are open 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday, EST.

I'm in EST, it's 8:39 and they are saying their offices are closed. Their "24/7" help desk is non existent and requesting a call back? That's not real either.

I'm so sick of this company. I will not let this go. This place is a scam. Do NOT spend your money here. The photo attached to this review is only one example. Every photo was printed this way.

Ordering was easy. However, the Pitney Bowes order status reporting was unsatisfying with many statements of no utility to us the customer, and no statement of estimated delivery date for days. The package arrived before we ever saw when it was expected. The puzzle had insufficient backing support. Although a statement on the outside said to not fold it, the puzzle had been at least partially folded. Pieces had come out of the puzzle and were floating around in the plastic film cover.

The calendars were gifts and were well received! Thank you!

I originally wanted the Thermal cup, but upon receiving the stainless cup, the images didn't show well on that material. Their customer service rep was very helpful in making sure I received a product I was happy with. I changed the type of mug to ceramic, but also suggested an insulated drinking cup, I owned, as a better surface than the stainless metal they have a a product they may want to consider switching to for better photo results.

Wonderful gift, great quality and price. Will do this yearly as a keepsake for my granddaughter and great neice.
