It was a very simple process to order a photo picture for my son's teacher. The only issue I had was tracking our package to make sure it would arrive on time before school ended. The product is of great quality and the pictures were very clear
You guys were fine but the delivery service bent the package and the corners of all 6 prints were bent. Not to happy with that, You should rip the delivery service for lack of care of the product. The cost of the prints were significant and then to have them bent on the corners is not acceptable

The picture of the cup that I designed has a white background but what I received looks like photo negatives.
I thought, maybe if I added hot water, a white background would appear and I could actually see the photos. That did not happen.
