Though I did not see the quality of the final product (I shipped it as a gift), my elderly mother loved it. The website could use some UI/UX tweaks (putting together the photo booklet was tricky). Finally, it took just over three weeks to arrive. I'm willing to try again because the website and communications overall were professional and responsive.

Hard to make book. I think shipping is to high!, I paid more for shipping than I did the book!

The quality of the print was not good. I explained that and was told I would get a replacement with better quality. This was on May 23,2024. I haven;t heard from since. I don't know if they are processing it but would be nice to know the status. Today is June 20,2024.
I had a quote printed on a picture and they changed the date of the quote.

When I received the book and opened it up the first page just fell out. Very embarrassing to give as a gift.

I like the options and Groupon options. I wanted to know where the printerpix logo was going to be, as it was an option to pay to not have it. If it's on the back, then I'm ok. If it's on the front, then NOT.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality, colour and the blanket, but I was charged two shipping fees for one package of two! Why?! That takes away from the advertised special!
The quality of the photo book is good, however the box the books arrived in was damaged with open sides, I'm surprised nothing was missing. Several books had some dents on the edges of the cover

Book was not adding to cart yesterday
Overall my experience was good. They sent me the wrong fabric the first time and the print wasn't centered on it. But I reached out and they sent me a new one in the fabric I picked! It turned out great!
I received it with only 1 of my pictures. I ordered that for my Great grandson. Very upset.
