For myself and another family member this was a difficult experience. There was a sale posted for Labor Day with an advertisement for free shipping and a major discount with a purchase of a certain amount. We both received the same email and we both had the same issue: the sale magically disappeared when we went to place our orders, but somehow showed back up the next day. Emails with screenshotted times and dates proving the sales were valid were sent to enquire and no response ever came. Both orders were well above the supposed free shipping threshold, and yet shipping ended up being extraordinary expensive. Thankfully, the prints came out well and the quality is good, but my family member and I, as well as those we have told about the situation, are very, very dubious about any further business with a company that doesn't abide by its own advertised and email marketed sales and prices.
Turned out great and very happy with the pictures. Wood frame was nice also!

I received the super plush fleece in it was amazingly good quality, the photo was very clear and the price I thought was a great deal. Delivery was fast and efficient and it arrived well packaged.
I would have loved for the item to have been shipped in a box or heavier cardboard envelope to prevent crinkling and bending.
My Groupon was for a 20 OR 40 page book, yet I got charged for the pages beyond 20. Also, not all of the photos used in my book were marked as such in the "my photos " section, making the photo placing process much morentine consuming.
Can't say enough how well the 3 photos turned out... Wedding pics, have had many say how nicely done. Thank you so much.
A very good experience. I am very happy with my photo books. It did take over a month however to get them.
