Worst company ever
December 5, 2017

I ordered a blanket (50x60)in october that i needed by november 3rd. It finally came nov. 22nd. It measured 29x39. I had to call 10 times and email in several pics of me measuring the towel they sent me because they didnt believe me and kept hanging up on me. They finally agreed to remake for me. Now its dec. 5th (over a month after i needed the blanket) and STILL NOTHING. Tried to charge me yet ANOTHER 25 dollars for shipping because of their mess up. WTF SERIOUSLY?
Called and just get hung up on now. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND USE A DIFFERENT SITE!

Will they ever respond to my emails and live chat request to assist with my issues?! I've started an album, uploaded more than 100 photos, created an account login credentials, and now can't access them at all! Now one seems to be able to help or even respond to my questions. Feeling frustrated with the website and the customer service!

You are terrible

I ordered 2 Photo blankets back on November 13th. They said they would be here by the 23rd
I have had no emails from Wal-Mart. They won't even be my pictures on them. I am very dissapoimted and will never, use you again. I tried calling and got hung up on. Very rude. I want to know where they are. So I can send empty blankets back. I want my money back.

Highly disappointed with my purchases. Ourchased multiple coupons on Cyber Monday, only to find out later you cannot combine the coupon vouchers within the same purchase. Therefore each item has to be purchased separately with additional shipping charges for each product rather than one purchase altogether. This was not clarified when purchasing and I have reached out through multiple different methods i. E. email and online chat to try to get a response and I have heard NOTHING. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Such a shame because as I remember in the past I have used them and been satisfied a few years ago fro Christmas.

Do not waste your money!

Awful company. Purchased groupon voucher for three calendars in October, ordered in plenty of time for christmas, took hours to make due to poor app. They arrived with 2017 on front, 2016 inside. No reply from them for days. Now saying need to do them all over again, but again app wont work. Complained to groupon but they dont want to know and were really unhelpful too.

Very disappointed.

I purchased four 8.5 x 11 photobooks through Groupon. I've spent a week just trying to get into their book-making site... when I hit "create your book", the cursor just spins and spins. I had some luck the first time I tried and got some of my book done, but after saving it and logging off, I was never able to get back in. Who knows where my partial book is. Making an early New Year's resolution not to deal with this company again.

Never use this company

I got coupons from Groupon for 8 Christmas blankets for gifts. You can work and have your blanket looking perfect, completely in the margins with room to spare and they will have three inches on extra white blanket on one side and cut off people on the other. No response to emails other than sending me frequently asked questions sheet. Poor, Poor, Poor placement on blankets. Pictures didnt look that awful but the placement issue is a real problem. Two blankets had one side several inches longer than the other coming to a big white point. Just Awful.

I bought a Groupon for this company and have had nothing but problems. They keep deleting my project, online support can not seem to fix the problem and then they changed the availability of the 11x11 50 page book I purchased through Groupon. Groupon also is not offering to resolve or refund my money. Next time I am reading reviews and Groupon is a big disappointment too for not looking into the shadiness of this company they choose to represent.

Do not use this company

221 one star reviews out of 250 says it all. I purchased an important center point for a business opening. I e-mailed to confirm it would be on time (10-12 working days as stated), 4 weeks later it is still not here! Unfortunately, I saw all these reviews, (and issues on trust pilot/Facebook) after.

Three weeks later it had not changed from the "production" status after buying. I emailed stating if the item was not sent by mid next week I want a full refund which my credit card company will chase. Miraculously it changed to completed and dispatched (still didnt hold my breath after these reviews).

The delivery company said PrinterPix did not give them the item despite it being next day delivery and me not working in the morning to be available. Really advise against using this company. The responses below are empty stock responses, they're excuse on one comment in 2015 was a reshuffling in the business.

I ordered a 50x60 blanket and received a 34x39 blanket. I have emailed them, no one returned my emails! I have tried live chat, they can't help! I tried calling and there seems to be issues with their phone system! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!

Groupon shipping scam

Do NOT EVER order from these people. I purchased multiple groupon vouchers for them and they make you order them one by one. The shipping is almost double what you pay for the product. After contacting customer support, their response was - in short - "you should have read the fine print." Learn from my mistake - read the fine print, for that is the domain of shady swindlers. Save your money. Shop elsewhere.

Major Waste

I ordered a photo cup coupon through the Walmart website for Printerpix. Website does not work, you can not place an order. I called Printer pix 4 different times. They just tell you to "clear your caches and cookies then to wait". Then when that did not work, I sinply asked for a refund. The refused to do so many times and tried to have me just "wait" for the website to work. I finally got a manager at Walmart to cancel my order. Even Walmart did not want to refund. It took me 2 hours of demanding the refund. MAJOR WASTE OF TIME.

Horrible Experience

I was so happy to created a perfect gift for my husband giving him a blanket with pictures of the family that he can take with him on his Army deployments. Well that happiness went away with frustration. I created an account with printerpix, I received an email confirmation but when I try to log in nothing. It said I didn't exist. I contacted customer service and they said I had to sign again, now I have more account but still no luck getting in. I downloaded pictures too, hours later have not downloaded in their site. I try getting out and back in again and no pictures found. I try this several more times until a gave up. I would not recommend this site unless you just have time and don't do anything.

Not happy

I bought a groupon voucher for a photobook. I normally use another company but decided to try this one out. First of all the site is not user friendly at all. It took hours to upload and assemble the pages in the book. I ordered the book and one month later I am still waiting to receive it. Customer support informed me after a month that my photobook had finally shipped, HOWEVER it could still take up to 21 working days to receive my order. 2-3 months to receive a simple photobook? I will NEVER use this company ever again.

Photo calendar

I bought a Groupon for 3 Printerpix Calendars. The entire experience was a nightmare. First, they would not take my Groupon code. I spent an hour on the phone with them fixing that. Then it took over a month to print and ship my calendars. After all that the quality was horrible. I had intended to give them as Christmas gifts. However, the quality was SO BAD that I ended up going to Walgreens and making another calendar. The quality seriously looked like I just printed them out on my computer and staple them together. I will NEVER use this company again for anything

Dont use!

Website is awful! Wont save in cart, you will have to keep doing over! Wont save, no explanation about how they will turn out! Example, if getting Metal, will turn out dark, so lighten your pucture! Dont buy the hanging kit! Ripoff $5.99 for a wood block with sticker! Forget calling, waited on hold for 1 hour, never came on! Metal prints came with sctatches I have used other sights for canvas prints came out beautifully! The reviews are a scam! Dont belueve them! S&H ripoff also! My Daughters wedding pictures are all awful! Waste of time and money!

Can I give 0 stars? I always make photobooks for my boys for their birthdays each year. I have a lot of experience. First, this book was not user friendly AT ALL! They had absolutely no cute clipart, I had to download it all off the internet. One night I spent 2 hours downloading all of the pictures. There was a glitch and I lost everything. I went to bed and woke up early to work on it some more. I saved after EVERY SINGLE thing I did. I worked for 3 hours. It glitched again, I was convinced it would be fine, after all, I had religiously saved it. It lost everything. I contacted their customer service and they just said, "Yeah, sorry, when the site crashes it may not save. We will help you though, just recreate it."... thanks for that. They refused to refund my money even though it was THEIR site that had issues. Go anywhere but here! I am warning you, it does not get worse!

Absolutely horrible customer service. This is by far the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a calendar for my sister in September after purchasing a coupon through Groupon. After a lot of hassle getting the coupon to work and the calendar made, I ordered it, but it was sent to the wrong address. I complained immediately and frequently, but I was told that I would have to wait for the product to be returned to them in the mail. Literally months later, I received an email saying that the product had been returned undelivered. Despite all of my complaints and numerous attempts to tell them that the delivery address was wrong, THEY SENT IT AGAIN TO THE SAME WRONG ADDRESS. Never, never, NEVER buy from this company.

We spoke to someone named Mario on the phone and he was very unhelpful and kept us on the phone longer than most customer service reps, this website absolutely sucks. If you want good service I recommend shutterfly because to be brutily honest this website is a piece of $#*!. You cant download most pictures or make the project how you want, overall it is just unsatisfying to do anything on this website. Id rather make a calender from scratch than give this company my business.
