Bought through Groupon, $5 per print. Ordered 6 metal prints and was charged $ 14.95 shipping for EACH print! And did it come in 6 separate boxes?... NO came in one box. So 1 shipping for $89.70! To top it of, product was bad. Prints were dark. It has been 2 months since several back n forth emails and still NO resolution. So their bad product is still in that 1 box, useless! BAD product + BAD customer service =DO NOT USE
I ordered a couple metal prints through Groupon on the 24th and after 9 times contacting PrinterDix they still have no idea when my order that is supposedly in production will arrive. I was hoping by ordering these early they would arrive in time to be put in a charity auction for Sexual Abuse Resource Center the 15th of September. NOPE! I also paid extra for a hanging device because they don't come with one. I will follow up with a Facebook post and tag Groupon and prinerpix. Hopefully Groupon will drop a company doesn't seem to care about their customers or end product, if you are lucky enough to get it.
Literally gave them a sideways/landscape picture and they printed it like a portrait. There was not preview and they couldnt figure out the orientation on the photo? It has like 8 inches of bare metal top and bottom. Wanted it fixed, they refused to work with us, Spend your money somewhere else.

This "company" is straight robbing unsuspecting customers. They have absolutely no integrity and their resolution dept is a disgrace to customer service agents everywhere.
It is clear that they are trained to stall and avoid the actual issue or just flat out lie to the customer.
I was contacted by an agent that explained how to manipulate the website to accept photo resolution and he offered me free shipping. He asked for me to delete my bad review and update with a good one and I agreed providing the rest of order went smoothly.
When I reached out to the fake customer service dept because I didn't understand how to get my order to reflect free shipping, it took days for a reply and when they did reply, it was to claim they could not find an account under my email. They claimed this for a week, until I sent screen shots of logging in with the email they claim isn't associated with an account.
Then they reply days later with more ridiculous questions and repeat information that doesn't even relate to your issue. Its all a stalling game.

PRINTERPIX are a COMPLETE RIPOFF - the deal is sweet until you get to the shipping costs. I had to order 25 Crystal 5x7 photo frames. PRINTERPIX charges $15 PER UNIT! Prior to purchasing the Groupon, I could not locate the shipping costs. Based on other Groupon purchases for canvas prints, I thought it couldnt be that much... wow was I wrong.
I contacted Groupon - no refunds. It is a FINAL SALE purchase. I have not heard back from PrinterPix.
Do yourself a favor - run away from these offers. I am out $100 as I cannot get a refund.
This company has terrible customer service. I ordered 9 10x10 image tiles. When my order arrived I had a repeat of one image and was missing another. The images that I did receive were bent, on very flimsy metal, low quality, the color was significantly darker than the originals and I even have one tile where the image has a shadowing where it appears the image was printed twice on one tile. Im very upset with the entire experience with this company and will not be making any future purchases. The issue was never resolved. Please don't waste you're money these guys seem like they are running business out of their basement and refuse to resolve issues.
The canvas photos I had done were ok... however, I would STRONGLY recommend that people do NOT purchase the metal/aluminum prints!
They packaging is NOT good and those prints I ordered from them arrived bent! Of course, if you LIKE bent photos, go ahead!
Customer service is not that great either. I ordered one print in time to arrive for my daughter's birthday in April yet it didn't arrive until mid-June... and it was badly bent when it finally arrived.

I ordered a waterproof outdoor canvas print. Even paid the extra for the "enhanced" colors. It was for a special gift and guess what? I threw it out. It was not good enough to give as a gift or even bother keeping for myself. Colors were faded and drab.
Do I ever wish I read all of the one-star reviews before I chose to use PrinterPix... go to Costco!
Let me start by saying. I haven't even received my order yet...
I ordered a set of canvas photos from Groupon FOUR WEEKS AGO. I wanted to have these to enter into my county fair. When they FINALLY shipped one week ago. I was so relieved... I figured they would be here in time... I need them TOMORROW.
WELL... Not the case, they will not be here until Friday. That is 11 days from the time they were shipped. I called FedEx to see if there was any way possible to retrieve the package from a facility. So here's the deal.
Printerpix uses FedEx Post, which means the package will bounce from warehouse to warehouse before the finally hand it off to USPS for delivery. They are charged a fraction of the normal FedEx rates and are SUPPOSED TO pass this on to their customers. Well, have you seen the shipping rates for printerpix!? I should have received that package within two days based off the amount I paid. So yeah, I got my canvas set for $20 on Groupon... But they at minimum quadrupled the shipping cost to make up for it. Total scam!
Messed up my order, and refused to do anything about it. Called and emailed 20+ times and no help. Told me to contact my credit card,
Ordered album by mistake without any pictures. Called within an hr to cancel the order and they wouldn't do it with some excuse. Emailed the day of and 2 days later but no reply. Called back and they said I had to call within 24hrs as per policy. When I said I did call within 24 hrs actually within an hr they said I had to recreate and they would not charge me since they already had charged. All I wanted was to cancel the order. Worse customer service ever. Worse part the customer service was in India and no manager available to talk to each time I called. Reminded me of the TV show Outsourced but without the knowledge of their own company or product. Please stay away.
Took over a month to receive my order. And when I got the canvas print, the resolution was so low and the quality was terrible. Have used the exact same photo with another company and the detail was impeccable. Would never buy from them again. I should note that the reason for all the customer satisfaction reviews was because the company posts these reviews themselves after sending the customer a survey about whether they are satisfied with the representative (like Amazon does) not the product itself.
I ordered 100 pictures to use for my wedding 4 months ago to ensure they would arrive on time. The first time I received my order there was 25 of my pictures and 200 pictures of two other families. The second time I received my photos I received the same 25 pictures missing the other 75. Since then I have called and spoken with representatives every week since May who tell me it will be taken care off. I had one respresentative tell me to do the process all over again and upload the 100 photos to the website. I did and it took me about 2 hours. The next step was to call the representative to let them know they are in my cart. I did and nothing has come of it. My wedding is now a week away and still do not have my photos which I paid for. The last representative I spoke with today told me the same thing they say every week which is that it will be taken care of. When asked how long it would take he told me about 22 days which is when I'll be back from my honeymoon. When I let him know I need these for my wedding and have been waiting 4 months he let me know there is nothing he can do and hung up on me. Not worth the low cost considering how many countless hours I've spent dealing with this horrible company.
I used a Groupon for 25 5x7 greeting cards, spent an hour designing it, entered my redemption code for the 25 cards. I waited five weeks for the cards for our housewarming cards. They showed up and I received ONE greeting card instead of 25 greeting cards for our housewarming cards. I emailed customer service to rectify the issue and never heard back after two weeks. I emailed PrinterPix customer service and still never heard back. I lost money and never received the promised product. Don't use. I will never use them again and I'll tell everyone not to use them, also. Thanks for ruining my housewarming greeting cards.
I used them for a number of photo books and metal prints. Because it was a great deal on Groupon, I went ahead and purchased voucher's for 8 photo books and at least two dozen metal prints. Their photo books are mediocre quality - I can get better quality printing my photos at home on ordinary photocopy paper. Their website is difficult to use, and it lost one of my photo books after I had spent at least 8 hours creating it). The packaging of their metal prints was so poor that four of my six 20 by 24-inch prints arrived damaged. And then I was forced to spend the next 6 weeks jumping through hoops before they would replace them. And when they made a mistake with the replacement prints, they refused to take responsibility.
I recently bought a groupon photo book set for my wedding photos and spent nearly 23 hours total designing them to perfection. After I submitted my order, I read some reviews and nearly threw up from the stress. I was incredibly surprised when they arrived not only early, but EXACTLY as they showed on the site. I know with a lot of reviews, this isn't normally heard but WELL DONE! I am so happy with the books and my family loved them. Thank you!
Tried many, many times overr 3 days to place my order. Both online chat and telephone customer service was very bad. Language was just a portion of the problem.
Finally gave up. Will not try again
I purchased a Groupon for 2 blankets. When redeeming the groupon's, the website was very difficult to use. Once I placed the order the shipping rates were terribly outrageous (especially once I saw how small the package was) The product was sub-standard. The design on the blankets was so off centers, the pictures had lines thru them like they didn't smooth the fabric prior to printing. And where the picture was off center, the white portion was stained with what looks like over spray. I filed a complaint and have not heard anything back. I have ordered from another company - very well known - and the product was awesome. The difference is night and day. Spend a little more and get a quality product. Even at a groupon price, this product is overpriced and a waste of money. Order elsewhere.
I baught a voucher from printerpix for a canvas. I later realized i was not going need it. I called for refund. Never used or made canvas. So its just a matter of cash refund. I was told 7-10 days. Its now been over 3 wks. Im still dealing with these $#*!s who barely speak English. Every time i call they tell me the same thing. "Give it another day or two" and when i ask to speak to supervisor they say they are in different building dealing with other phone calls. I said to guy, so you guys get alot of complaints then. He said yes. Lol well i left my number and supervisor never called. I called following day finally got supervisor who told me a BS story. That hes going to get hold of bank n make sure money in refunded within 48hrs. I told him if not i will be filing a fraud complaint.
Answer: Do not ever trust this company. They need to go out of business.
Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
