I am extremely frustrated with this company. I order a picture mounted on slate. The photo has white spots that are not on the original and I believe are from sloppy adhesive as the adhesive it all down the sides of the slate as well. The shipping package wasn't sealed so I am not sure it there was supposed to be paperwork with returning instruction. I have contacted the company no less than 6 times now. I either get the my original most of had spots and the adhesive is normal. Or there is a film on the product I am supposed to peel off (I assure you there is not). I have heard a supervisor will call you and over 2 weeks and many calls no one has yet. I can assure you they are just giving me the run around. I have exhausted all efforts to get them to make me a satisfied customer.

I have been so impressed with this company. I see lots of bad reviews about not getting product quick enough and other things, and I don't understand. When I ordered my books and calendars the site said to expect 2-3 weeks for delivery and so I did, and it came at almost 3 weeks, but I had expected that!
When I had an error in tracking my order I called and they told me where my package was and approx when to expect it. Later I realized when I ordered my calendars that in the email I get from them I get a tracking #, so it was from Fedex, and all I did was go to the Fedex tracking site, put in my number and I saw right where it was.
When I got my photo books, they were stunning! The quality is wonderful! I upgraded the pages, since this was my 1st time using the site and I didn't know what to expect, and they are amazing. I bet their reg paper is just fine as well. I was so pleased with the way they turned out! Any time I had a question when I was designing my books, I called and their customer service was top notch! Courtesy, kindness, listening and helping is what I found. I can't wait to get my calendars expected this Friday. I will definitely be using this site again! The pricing deal I got was incredible and made it possible for me to make a beautiful book of our Lake Powell trip this summer for us and all of our kids! I hope this helps someone else, because after reading all the bad reviews I was really worried, and I just couldn't be more happy! Thanks PrinterPix! :)
Very friendly and helpful. I called twice and both times I was extremely satisfied with both reps I spoke with.
I ordered 3 8x10 and 2 16x20 metal prints from Printerpix through Groupon. It was a good deal. I got the 8x10s on time. No 16x20s. No email to let me know why they weren't sent with the others or when they would be sent. I called the call center in India every 3-4 days. Each time I was told they were having technical difficulties and the order would be shipped out in 2 days. Nothing happened. After almost a month I started looking for a U.S. phone number. Couldn't find one (they definitely don't want you talking to anyone except the call center) so I went to their Facebook page and sent a message. After 2 days someone at the company messaged back and said the order would be sent out shortly. 2 days after that I finally got an email with a tracking number. The original order was for a birthday present that came and went. The quality of the prints weren't bad but not fantastic. Will not be using them again.
I placed my first order on 8/15 and after receiving it, found it was damaged during shipping. Sent them a picture of damage and email immediately, because it was a gift for an Anniversary party on 9/22. They replaced stating it would be replaced immediately. Weeks went by and I still haven't seen it and they haven't responded back since saying they escalated it to production. I have a second order that was placed on 9/6. When I would go to the website to track the orders, I get an error message. I emailed about 2nd order only to receive no reply.
My order came today, and I was worried after reading all the awful reviews. I had bought a groupon and had never used this company before. The shipping is very expensive, but my orders came through beautiful... I am so pleased!
I ordered a blanket for my parents 50th anniversary after 18 days of being shipped it is still not here. My parents anniversary was yesterday. I call and keep getting the run around. What a joke of a company!
I purchased a Groupon for 25 flax 5x7 cards/invitations. I could not track the package, and it took about a week to get here. When my package arrived it was one card. When I called customer service I was told I only ordered one card, yet it applied my Groupon code. Why would I only order one card, when the Groupon code was for 25 cards? I did type in 25, but when I entered the code, it cleared it back to one. In order to get the rest of my cards now I have to pay additional shipping. Never again!
I've been waiting two weeks to even get the tracking information on my order I called and they said it's still in production still haven't heard anything
Purchased Groupon for 2 image on metal prints for $10 each. Paid $5 for each plus $13.95 shipping per piece when both could have been sent together for the same price. Used hi-res images. Received dark, muddy images on cheap aluminum with scrapes, scratches, dings and dents. Paid for return shipping. Total cost $75.85.
Going back to Image On Metal, also discovered via Groupon. Ordered three times, always 100% satisfied and will gladly pay full price. Ultimately, doing so will save me time, money and frustration.
I purchased a groupon for a photo canvas print 8/18/18, ordered it and have yet to receive it. I have contacted PrinterPix twice already asking where my product was. The only reply I get is that they are "escalating" my product. I decided to order a different product from them because I had already designed it and really loved the design, I ordered this one 9/17/18. I received it 9/25/18.
Their website product tracking is broken, it hasn't been fixed in weeks. If I hadn't received the other product I would say that this is a scam. I'm pretty disappointed overall but I can't give them a one start review since I did receive the second product rather fast.
I ordered a window photo book to try as a gift. I never realised designing it will be so addictive. End result has been even better. Beautiful crisp colours i never imagined could be possible. Will recommend to everyone.
I was ordering my baby canvas. I was ordered on August 30. Today us September 25 still couldn't get my canvas. Don't truth them, they are fake, I text them 100 time always telleng just wait maximum 21 days and that's it.
I don't want to waste my time explaining. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I uploaded and created a photo book of 2018 family vacation. I spent a lot of time choosing, editing, and captioning our best photos. After I submitted the order, I read the online reviews and I immediately panicked. There was not much positive reported. The reviews indicated multiple wrong orders. I followed up by sending an email to customer service to make sure they understood my order. I bought a 40 page book through Living Social but made 50 page book. At checkout there appeared to be a slight charge for the additional pages, which I expected. I immediately got an auto-reply saying my message was recieved. The next day, I got an email saying my order was as I meant it to be. A few days later, another email stating my order was completed and being shipped. I recieved our books yesterday. I am so pleased. They are WONDERFUL! Everything was printed as I designed it, photos are very clear, and paper is high quality (I did not upgrade). I will definitely use this company again and recommend it to my friends. THANKS for helping me perserve our cherished memories.
Hands down the weirdest customer service experience ever. I ordered and paid on 8/26/18. Have called each of the last three weeks and have been told the print is in production. Awful.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
