Paid for express delivery only half my order turned up... when questioned was tolf they had run out of material so other half would be printed and dispatched as soon as it became available to do so... just an apology offered when I asked why I hadn't heard from them to explain and that I wasn't happy wth the service the customer service representative hung up on me!

Great Company!

I ordered my print a few days before christmas knowing that it would most likely come in after, and it came in the mail on new year's eve which I was surprised by since I knew it was a busy time in the year! Although the print did come a little damaged on one of the corners they still have great customer service! I told them about what happened with the print and they asked for photos and soon replied and said they would send a new one! The only thing I would say is to order your item a few weeks in advance since it does take time to print and ship which is why I did not mind the wait!

Still waiting!

I bought a Groupon for this company, I placed an order and redeemed my voucher on Jan 12,2020. I never received an email confirming my order or a receipt from them. Thankfully I took a screen shot of the order number. After about 3 weeks I emailed asking where my order was. I got an automated response saying it takes 5-20 days to get my order... emailed again a week later, got another automated response saying it takes 7-21 days to get my order. A another week went by, finally I called them. Got a story about my order was in the "quality check" stage and would be sent out in another day or 2.
It has now been nearly 6 weeks, I called again this morning, supposedly I will receive my order by Thursday. I'll believe it when I see it.
I am incredibly dissatisfied with this company, I will never order through them again. Just because something looks like a good deal on Groupon does not mean its worth the money.

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER!

I ordered in August for a Chritmas gift and received NOTHING! My e-mails are regularly ignored by the company. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I am still out the money they took from me :(

Horrible service

Ordered four blankets from them, to be shipped to two different locations. Their ordering system screwed up one of my orders by putting submitting the incorrect size. The voucher I had was for two blankets of the same size. When I finally received an email for confirmation it had two different sized blankets. Even thought their customer service verified a number of time that the voucher was for two same sized blankets they blamed me for the error and would not correct. When I asked to speak to a superior I was told that the person I was talking to was the last point of contact.i will never do business with this company again. I wouldn't recommend the to purchase anything from.

AWFUL company!

Ordered the 16th of January, still no items! Told many times my order has been escalated and will be shipped soon. I was also told the shipping charges would be refunded, but the guy didn't do it then. He said it would be next week. I contacted them about this and was told nothing is being refunded, ugh. They disconnect the live chat when I've demanded a refund. Groupon has been told this is a scam. Do NOT order from this company!

Terrible service

I ordered 6 blankets all same. Took 3 weeks to get 4. Called to find out why I only received partial order. They told me it was split into 2 shipments. They gave me order number for second shipment and told me it was in processing and it would be shipped by end of week. I ordered a canvas print a week later. Here it is 2 weeks later and canvas print has shipped but blankets haven't moved. Every time I talk to someone, i get the dun around it will be end of week. If i could give a 0 i would. Will never order from here again. Absolutely the worst service. And they claim free shipping. Yep didn't happen. Costed me another 30 bucks.

Wish I had read these reviews prior to using this company. Ordered a puzzle for a Christmas gift. Didn't arrive until mid-January. Damaged! And have Bering trying to contact them form over a month to no avail. Not open when they say they should be. Haven't responded to numerous emails and chat is never available. I'll be contacting my credit card company to try and resolve. This company should be shut down.

Gosh! I wish I would have checked this reviews before ordering an enlarged canvas print of our family photo. The production time was several weeks, and I was terribly disappointed in the quality of the picture I received. Very blurry and not at all clear. When I contacted the company, there was a very long delayed response and an apology, but no actions on their part to correct the picture. I even sent them a photo of their product alongside another enlarged family photo that another company did to show them the disparity in the clarity. Their response was 'sorry' - nothing we can do! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY KIND OF REPRINT!

Bait & Switch

They advertise FREE shipping. You pay for a product and get a 'code' emailed to you. After you get what you want and show up to the payment screen... Surprise... you are being charged for shipping. I emailed them twice - trying to get resolution. No response. Now going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card. Hopefully the state of FL takes note of this FALSE ADVERTISING and sinks some teeth into them for deceptive business practices. Stay away from this company.

I ordered a gift on the morning of the 19th, expecting delivery around the 31st. It is now 11 days past the 31st, 3.5 weeks after I ordered, and it still has not arrived. When I contacted customer service, I got a generic response that my order was on its way. That was 2 weeks ago. I will never order from this company again.

I bought what I thought was a good deal just before Christmas: 1 large calendar for $15 and 5 small calendars for $20. The large calendar cost $10 to ship, which seemed reasonable, but it arrived in a flimsy padded envelope and was bent. It was also extremely poor quality--the paper is thin and cheap looking. I just now went to order my 5 calendars and was charged $40 for shipping at standard rate. There's no way it costs $40 to ship 5 calendars, especially when I know they'll come in a flimsy envelope like the one I ordered at Christmas. I just want to make folks aware that what seems like a good deal with this company is far from it.

I will never recommend printerpix to anyone I placed & order November 28th never received it after serval attempts to contact the company I received a few emails to check shipping address after I was told they replaced my order and the representative still used the wrong address. I have yet to receive it or a refund they are saying I have to reach out to ups which say I have to reach out to the company because they are saying the package was successfully delivered only to the wrong address which I stated a thousand times they are horrible & have horrible customer service

I ordered 2 blankets from these people and after 20 days they still hadn't even made the blankets. In the confirmation email I was sent after making the order, it states that it can take 10-17 days to ARRIVE and after 20 days, they hadn't even made it yet (this is according to their own site when I log in to check my order). I called the customer service for the company and was appalled at how rudely I was spoken to. At the very START of the conversation I was asked for my order number and when I told the rep to please hold on a second while I retrieve it, the guy actually said, "Ok, make it quick". I was shocked that a customer service rep would speak to a customer like that. They also refused to cancel the order and refund me, even though they hadn't even made it yet. They would only do it if I paid $30 as a cancellation fee. To cancel an order they were not fulfilling. I threatened to do a charge back with my bank and then all of a sudden, in less the 24 hours, the item is made and shipped. I assume to get ahead of the chargeback. Do not do business with these people. Just go to a trustworthy company like shutterfly. These people are crooks.

The software is Garbage. Truly. Specifically 1. You can not Import pictures in any order. Is scatters them in their side bar with no rhyme or reason. 2. The side bar allows you to see maybe 6-8 pictures at a time. 3. If you automatically populate a book even after you manage to put them in order it again randomly scatters them. 4. Go ahead and ask any question and see if you get any answer at all and if you do guaranteed it will have no relationship to your question. 5. The enter text function is like a joke. They leave you to figure out how you actually "enter" your text as there is no save or enter button. 7. Once you figure out to "Cancel" your text entry to enter it, the text immediately disappears unless you also guess right and select another color for you font as it matches the background automatically. 8. If you buy a set of photo books they don't tell you they all have to be the same. STAY AWAY. SnapFish, Walgreens anyone but this maddening, inefficient and garbage software.

Stay Away! It's Fraud!

I purchased two Groupons for different orders. One order was never received, on the second order I received only one wall calendar instead of ordered 5 pcs. The one received, was totally damaged. After three hours on Chat with their support member named "Michael " I was offered for first order to keep wait and for second order they will send me missing four free of charge for me. After that conversation was interrupted. I tried to get back on Chat, but they blocked my account and they never replied to my emails. Groupon refuse to do anything without some support code from Merchant. I can't get to any form of communication with them. Attached photo with their broken English promises on Chat.

Awful customer service

Do NOT order from them. It's February. I'm still waiting on screwed up Christmas orders. I've talked to 30 different customer service reps through email and none are aware of the issue so you constantly repeat yourself. Just made aware valentine's day order is screwed up too after giving them another chance. SAME ISSUES. NO solutions. No refund. Paid 30$ to have items shipped and still don't have. Huge RIP off.

Sooo disappointed

I was excited to purchase a fleece photo blanket for my mother in law. When we revived the merchandise, i was actually embarrassed to even give it to her. It was the size of an infant blanket, and very very thin. The images were incredibly blurry. To sum it up, this particular product was a JOKE! I have ordered from them in the past, other items, they were not that great but were not a complete disappointment such as this one. My advise would be to pay a decent amount and not try and go cheat on something like this. You definitely get what you paid for. This blanket is total garbage!

I got a groupon around Christmas time for a $4 photo puzzle. I saw that it took long for delivery so made sure to order in time for valentines day, a photo puzzle of me and my boyfriend. Shipping was $10. I received it roughly a month after ordering and also after inquiring where it was. Once received it came partially assembled on a flimsy cardboard backing in a shipping bag. It had a black and white tiny photo on the bag of what the photo was suppose to look like. I had no indication from the company that the photo I had uploaded was not of sufficient quality. The photo on the puzzle was fuzzy, pixelated and void of shadow and detail. I was very unhappy with the quality but of course before taking a photo I disassembled the rest of it convincing myself it was not that bad. Getting angry again and wishing I took a photo before disassembling I tried to assemble the puzzle but the quality is so poor (most pieces are the same color) that I have not had the time or motivation to finish it! I requested a refund or reprint a week ago with no response from the company. I have since went to Shutterfly with the same picture and called them to make sure the quality was okay. They assured me it was fine. Waiting to receive that now. Only ordered yesterday but my order is already on the way.
