I appreciate the great value that I get when I order books from PrinterPix. Other websites are easier to maneuver. But it's worth the extra time spent on making them. The quality is great. I do wish they kept your books that you have made longer. Only company that I use now. I have 13 grandchildren that I make photo books for gifts.
So far I have ordered two metal prints and both have turned out beautiful. I wish I could order more than one at a time. I just received my third print and it is gorgeous. Can't wait for my fourth one to arrive.
My order arrived over a week late. It was a gift for my mother, who was visiting with me. She had left by the time the books arrived. I had paid for extra shipping for one of the books, but that clearly had 0 impact. So now, on top of all the shipping I had to pay for, I have to pay for MORE shipping to get the books out to her. The shipping costs for all the books was horrific and then nothing arrived on time. Your customer service was laughable and unhelpful. One person said they would reimburse me shipping costs but were "too busy" at the moment to do it, so I should call back another time, even though I was on the line with them. I should have checked your rating and customer reviews before using your services, as they were all abysmal. Never using your services again and I hope the bad review I left on BBB went up.

I was very pleased with the ease of putting together this photo book, and even happier with the finished product. The two times I had questions for customer service they were kind and efficient. I will be making another book with wedding photos soon. If there was one request to make... I wish there were more clip art options that were less juvenile.

Making the book and the end product was great! The service and delivery in between needs improvement! I placed 2 orders within minutes. The first and larger order came within 10 days the second order arrived 10 days later. I also did not receive order confirmation on either order! When I put in an email asking about the order status, the response time was unacceptable.
The blanket we ordered and received was perfect. The quality was amazing and pictures weren't blurry at all.
I enjoy the metal prints of images from my vacation. However, I ordered hanging kits and only received 6 of the 12 blocks I ordered for the hanging kit.
