The shipping took longer than expected but I was informed that there was an equipment problem causing delays. I got my book and I love it! I appreciated the information and know that problems can arise.

Great job from what I can tell without opening the packages because they are for Christmas gifts.

I have a printing error on my image and have reached out to customer support. I am sending images to contact us for resolution.

I have made 3 purchases from you. In each case i had difficulty with delivery. And then the added shock of getting an invoice from Fedex for duty. - not a positive experience. Love the blankets but don't suggest you sell to Canada.

I like using the deals PrinterPix offers. I do wish there were more options for pages with more than 6 pictures. Sometimes it's hard to see if you have things lined up correctly. None of these things would keep me from using printerpix though.

I am happy with the way it looks only it wasn't the size I thought it would be. I wanted one like the one I ordered before and it's not. My fault
