The product is excellent, however I received an email for 70% off and at check out only got 35% off even with the code.

Checkout process was a fiasco and the pricing was way too high. The website gave me a price for one book, and then offered more copies at a lower price. However, when I added copies the price was way way higher. Customer service was not able to help resolve the issue.
