The blanket I ordered was printed terrible. There were marks and streaks all over it that weren't in the photos I uploaded. The material was also lacking significantly. It felt thin and cheap.

I have tried several times to contact a representative to help me get my project reprinted because 2 faces were cut off. I have not received a response! I had 2 other projects that I was waiting to complete because I didn't want to complete them until my issue was resolved! Now my Groupon deal for the photo books has expired! Now I'm at a loss.
Ordered a wedding photo done for our daughter and son-in-law for their anniversary. We're very happy and will order again. Product was done and shipped in a timely manner.
Product arrived damaged in several pieces. Sent photos to customer service and no response. Called and still have not received replacement. It now has been several weeks without a resolution.

The photographic work was fine but my 2 metal 16"x20" prints arrived without the hanging system needed to display them. Repeated complaints to Customer Service resulted in them sending the hanging system for only 1 of the 2 prints. I've spent an incredible amount of time and energy trying to get PrinterPix to send me the second hanging system. I have used this company in the past to make photo books and was pleased with the results. However, unless i receive a hanging system for the second metal print, I will not use them for my photo projects in the future.
Downloading image was very frustrating & took over an hour since there was no feedback as to why the page wasn't loading properly. A simple statement saying the file was too large & giving maximum file size would have saved time & temper.
1 mug arrived with fingerprint dried into gel/print.
2nd mug handle disintegrated & broke due to improper firing of ceramic & glaze.
$70.00 for both cups. Didn't last more than 2 months.

I goggled picture on mug and this was the first site that came up. After looking at everything decided to get a blanket instead as mother's day gift. Submitted pictures, played around with how I wanted it to look, than chose what kind of blanket I wanted. I chose Sherpa. (Super soft and pictures came out great) It was my first time using this site so I wasn't sure what I was going to get. I was not disappointed. Blanket came out great and Mom loved it as well. Even thought it was custom it was delivered faster than it was estimated. I will totally recommend this website to everyone I know and will order again. Thank you!

Your shipping times are not accurate. Some of my purchases were gifts which were never given to the person because the order was not received on time (as you stated). I

The blanked I got for my girlfriend for Christmas. Was perfect. She sleeps with it every night. It's so warm and perfect to sleep with. The pictures on it are clear, large and colorful. Margins are perfect, nothing was cut off. 10/10 would recommend for anyone for honestly anything
Had a hard time using it then I had my project all done and then told wrong calendar for the Groupon I had.
Great print! Very nice products. Like it very much! But it takes quite long time to receive it. Also the edge of the corner is sharp, I have to polish it a bit before give it to my little child.
I sent multiple emails asking for help with no reply.
I really loved working on my picture book through Printerpix. It is super easy to navigate!

Paid for enhanced delivery a significant amount of money. Product was delivered 10 days late. No response to my requests for refund over five months. Would never use again. Product quality was average yet charged premium
