One of the canvases looked sloppy. Slightly crooked on the frame and stretched canvas was pulled out of staple in one of back corners.

I placed the order on April 21,2024 and still have not received an expected delivery date nor have I been told it has been shipped. I am concerned about this websites legitimacy so far. I do hope to receive what I paid for but am highly concerned I was scammed since there has been no communication or shipping tracking info to let me know its on its way. To be clear, I am NOT saying that this website is a scam, I am only saying I am worried I won't get my order. I hope my worry is not valid.

Printerprix is the best photo printing place. If you want clear, colorful printing canvases, pillows etc. They are fast and the work is outstanding and their customer service is efficient. I always will utilize Printerprix whenever I want to bring my favorite photos to life.

My last buying and ordering experience was very frustrating. I ordered deals through Groupon, but in redeeming them, they kept showing up as already redeemed. It required much time using the live chat in order to get it resolved, but it had to be resolved for multiple orders that I had purchased, and the new resolved codes needed to be used immediately or they expired. I still have one more that wasn't resolved but I just gave up. So I'm not sure if it was a Groupon issue or a PrinterPix issue, but I'm not excited to try it again.
This experience buying vouchers through Groupon did not go well. The vouchers would not work as intended, and it took 4 different chats with Groupon to receive links that would work. I was also charged $61 shipping for my first order of 100 cards, but $27.98 for the other same two orders. I think $61 feels like a mistake and cannot imagine what would cost that much to ship 100 cards, when the other two orders were only $27.98 each. However, I had so many issues just placing my orders that I wasn't going to dispute it at the time, but planned to make contact to see if that was an error.

My experience was good. I received my product in a timely manner. I like the product I received. I would suggest you use a good quality photo to have a better outcome of your product.
Satisfied, but the only thing was couple pictures was the head cut off and the body side also cut off.
The blanket I ordered was so much smaller than expected. And the pictures were grainy was not worth what I spent.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
