It was difficult to put photos on the site and quite a few tries using my iPhone. I don't know how the first canvas turned out as it was a gift sent to the person. The second canvas turned out darker than the photo and I still haven't decided if I will try giving it to the person I was going to give it to.

Book quality was amazing and the process of putting it together was seamless. The shipping however was very vague and I didn't receive any updates until it suddenly showed up. Could just be a USPS issue but it was a long and confusing shipping period

It's a pity that I could not combine my 2 orders into 1 shipping box. I had to pay for separate shipping and could not combine my order. It was the same book but 2x2 copies going to the same address. It was using a Groupon, but nevertheless it was disappointing that I had to pay $17,99 twice when that was absolutely unneeded.
The pictures were not sized to fit the canvas. Family pictures had heads cut off due to sizing.

Ease of shopping. The only thing I request is that on the slate stone pics that you should be able to turn the pic long ways and I wasn't able to do that.
