The quality is excellent and website was easy to use - 5 stars there. Unfortunately the shipping cost outweighed my coupon savings (through Groupon). I would do more total-cost research before making any additional purchases (hence the 3-star review).

My mom absolutely loved her blanket! It came out perfect!
It was good, it came a day early and the print is super nice.
Quick, easy, and cost-effective. The pictures came out looking great on the calendar and the materiel was even better quality than I expected.
I ordered this product 22 days in advance of my son's graduation so that we could have them at his party. They did not arrive until 25 days after being ordered and we were not able to use them at the party.
I didn't receive a notification of my order being processed until I recieved the actual products.
Also I noticed the request for enhanced printing, and other services for an extra fee. Which is understandable. But then the print itself wasn't the usual. It seemed lower grade.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED TWO MOTHER'S DAY GIFTS GUARENTEED BY MAY 7. ON MAY 13TH, A SUPERVISOR, LARA, TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED BY MAY 17TH. I RECEIVED THEM MAY 23rd. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I ASKED TO PAY EXTRA FOR 2 DAYS SHIPPING AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO DO THAT. PHOTO BOOKS WERE NOT THE BEST QUALITY. SHUTTERFLY AND MPIX ARE BETTER QUALITY.

TOOK WAY TOO LONG TO RECEIVE...AND I PAID EXPEDITED SHIPPING FEES. LOVE THE PRODUCT, BUT WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN...DUE TO MISSING THE ACTUAL OCCASSION I WAS BUYING FOR BECAUSE OF A DELAY IN RECEIVING (EVEN AFTER PAYING EXTRA $$ TO GET IT HERE).
The products were amazing but the shipping tracker was and is deeply flawed.
It was easy to check out but the website isn't really mobile friendly and they isn't a way to upload your pictures into folders so its easier to go thru and manage if you have multiple or large books to make. But over all it is worth the money paid
