When we talked to the person on the customer service, they guaranteed that the custom puzzle we ordered would come on Mother's Day. It turned out to come a couple of days later. While they did end up giving us a 50% discount, we would've gladly traded that for the order to come on time and not have the experience ruined.

Product great, but shipping was late. This was a Mother's Day gift and the fact that it showed up 6 days later than when it was promised to arrive before Mother's Day was extremely disappointing.
Very easy to order and fast shipping. Not all of my blankets were printed the same with some text getting cut off at the top. Otherwise, the images were clear and my recipients enjoyed them.
Could never get clear insight on returns. Never got a response.
The material that was used to hang the picture failed causing it to dent definitely was not sticking enough to hold

Communication during the process was difficult as I was passed from one person to another and couldn't get straight answers, I was given a UK link and had to redo my design multiple times. The product turned out great but was smaller than I expected (not like the first order I placed) now I have 2 different sizes that I will somehow have to make work out. I will definitely be shopping around next time. It would have been better to have a phone number to contact given on the email correspondence.
