The site was not very intuitive. I had to contact customer service for directions on how to find birth announcements. They responded within 48 hours and gave me the path to find what I needed.

The Printerpix photo of the blanket is misleading. If you want a soft blanket you have to go Sherpa. Polar fleece is flannel. They refused to allow me to pay the difference and receive blankets the quality of the photo they show. That said... had I wanted the flannel, I'd have been pleased with the printing quality of the blankets and I do like the design program that allows me to move things around and design my own. I ordered 5 for gifts.
I ordered this on May 6th because it said "order now and get it by mother's day! (may 12)." turns out that meant if you pay like $30 for shipping. So i didn't, I payed $10, and it said it would be here by may 15th. A few days late, but okay, it's really my own bad for waiting so long to get a present. Well, come May 19th and the thing hasn't even shipped yet, mind you I only live a couple states away from where it said it was shipping from. The thing didn't come until May 24th, long after mother's day. But whatever, my mom likes it and I guess that's all that matters.
The puzzle looked amazing. It is so professionally done and looks exactly like our wedding photo. BRAVO!
The color and clarity of photos in my blanket were great! I didn't realize the plush fleece would be so thin. I wish I would have ordered it as a Sherpa. The sale prices were great!

When I placed my order, I immediately noticed that I accidentally ordered two of the same item. Within seconds, I tried to get in touch with customer service via text, phone, and email. It took several days for them to respond. By then I had already received and been charged for the duplicate. They told me to send back the unwanted item (at my own expense), despite the fact that I had tried to reach out to them immediately after placing the order to correct the order. They never offered free shipping on the return or even an address label. I will not be doing business with them again. They need to prioritize customer service.
My item arrived damaged. Several of the pages were damaged (torn or bent). But it is still usable.
The picture book turned out so great and the shipping was super fast! Would purchase again :)
It took a month and there were multiple times I requested updates because I was worried about the status of my order. Please ship faster next time.
