I ordered personalised wooden jigsaw puzzles which were intended as Christmas gifts. With the postage charges my order cost over £100, so these items are relatively expensive.
Printerpix sent the cheaper puzzles printed on hardboard.
Printerpix has ignored all requests to process a return and refund.
I am now forced to recover my money by raising a Section 75 claim with my bank.

I had no issue with customer service. In fact, it was great doing business with them! They literally took care of everything in less than 10 minutes! No waiting on hold, no millions of numbers and prompts to choose. The representative answered, asked me to take pictures, waited while I emailed her and numerous times said if your not happy with the product we'll replace it and that's what she did! Fantastic! I will definitely do business with them again!

I placed an order with printerpix 16 days before their deadline of December 10 to get it by Christmas they took the money out in November it's the day after Christmas and I still haven't received it on their website it says they are in Florida but when you call you get the UK printerpix. I called last week to be sure it would be here by Christmas river Smith assured me it would be here by Christmas no matter what and it is not she sent me an email stating their delivery policy which made no sense because the delivery policy was over it had already been 25 Days Way past their delivery schedule that they promise. Now I'm trying to get in touch with them and they're not open... of course not it's the day after Christmas on a weekend so they knew when it didn't show up on Christmas I wouldn't be able to do anything about it.
I've been invited to leave a review for Printer pix, it was also suggested that I leave a 5 star review because it would help 'Eddy' progress in the company. Sorry Eddy, but no. The willingness to resolve my problem now, after we've been ignored for 3 weeks, is not going to earn you back the rest of the stars. We have had an absolutely appalling experience using this company and I'm not going to be emotionally blackmailed into giving five stars like the majority of people reviewing here.
Printer pix are awful, they charge exorbitant delivery charges after you've spent ages creating your product, in the hope that a few people like us will just go ahead and order rather than face having to start again elsewhere.
The product was shoddy and poorly made.
The packaging and delivery time scales are awful and incorrectly advertised.
The customer service did not respond for several weeks via email/social media/webchat and we couldn't call because the phone number for support is premium rate.
I genuinely believe the only thing that got me a resolution was my telling them I had reported them to trading standards over breaches of the Consumer Rights Act.
Eddy was great, and helpful, but too late. The call from him was somewhat akin to handing someone a hanky an hour after they sneezed.

Ordered 2nd December, they took the money straight away! It is now the 18th December and my items have not even been printed.
Cannot get any responses via any method, emails ignored, phones not answered over 2 hours on hold to live chat with 70 people in the queue and then cut off... this happens multiple times!
Generic covid excuses but other providers delivered why can't you?

Purchased a groupon voucher for 5 calendars, wrongly assumed that it would send me 5 of the product, it didn't it only sent 1. But once mistake noticed rectified within 5 minutes by customer representive Jack. 4 more calendars now ordered. Thank you so much for your help

Patrick Jane went above and beyond for me and took me through the baby steps of what seemed the impossible - he even created the exact thing I wanted which I couldn't do due to the Printerpix website being very unpredictable.
Answer: Initially fairly easy but after complaining i just get ignored
Answer: Legit but show really high prices then offer discounted vouchers via groupon, etc. but hide the postage costs which are very high
