All sorted quite easily although the credit for the return took a little while. Gabriel was very helpful sorting the new order
I gave them one star because I don't think you're allowed to give zero. I oredered some cartridges - cost £120. It said delivery in 2-3 days. After 20 days of no delivery and no response to emails I ordered from Amazon who delivered in 2 days. I emailed to say I wanted to cancel the order. The inks arrived after 5 weeks. I tried to communicate via their chat but always found I was about 25th in a queue. If I left the machine and came back I would need to reconnect and start again. When I read their returns policy I found that I had to pay a 20% 'restocking fee' plus the costs of returning it. They are crooks.
I placed an order on 18 April and the money was taken immediately from my card. I then heard nothing, even after sending an email to inquire where the goods were on 9 May. My account registered the order but said the goods were unavailable, so I ordered them from another firm as I was out of ink by then and this firm delivered them the next day. I tried to cancel the order with Printerinks on the website immediately. On 13 May I received an email from Printerinks saying the order had been dispatched even though I had cancelled it via webchat on 12 May and been promised an immediate refund. I have since tried further webchats (terminated by them), phone calls (never got through after 55 minutes waiting) and five emails. I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing from this firm to think twice!
They sent completely the wrong cartridges then when I sent them back they acknowledged receipt but will not refund my money. This is no better than theft! Don't touch them with a barge pole.
Please avoid- They have ripped me off. They sold me a product that was not as described, and so I sent it back by recorded mail. They told me I would get a refund, but they have now refused and are not answering my attempts to contact. There are other retailers who sell the same products at the same price, so please avoid this one
Terrible- They are selling fake products. They are using a brand name in the title of the product, pretending that it is genuine when it is not.
I pointed this out to them, and after waiting for weeks to reply, they told me I could return the product at my expense if I wasn't happy. Considering they claim "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed, FREE returns", they could not be further from the truth.
Avoid at all costs. You will find many better companies that you can give your money to that are selling better products at cheaper prices.
Ordered a drum unit, 8 days laters still not turned up. Quoted 1-2 days delivery at the time of ordering. Spoke to them by phone on day 5, was told i'd be called back that afternoon with a tracking number and they expected it to be delivered that day but heard nothing. Day 6 I spoke to them on their online chat, again promised I'd be emailed the tracking number, nothing again. Rang on day 8, was told they were still awaiting tracking information. It's now been delivered after 4 weeks, still awaiting confirmation so I can send it back as it's no longer needed (had to order from elsewhere!).

Website and email from them quotes 100% satisfaction which is an absolute lie, all they do is bulls! Te you. One minute they say delivery will be 2 working days and then say up to 14 working days.

Fraudulent is how i would discribe this company they take your money from your card without any intention of sending you the goods i ordered three ink cartridges on 28th sept 09 its now 13th oct 09 and iv'e just asked for a refund after promises that the goods were being sent more than once i am hoping to get my money back but i won't be holding my breath.
Front page says 100% satisfaction guaranteed... I think not!
I placed an order for a set of toners costing £460 that they said were in stock. Paid immediately using my card, and I get a very nice email confirmation. This was on the 23rd of June.
I am writing this on the 14th of July - toners still not here - I have called them every other day for three weeks and been told 'they aren't in stock', 'they are in stock and we'll make sure they go today', 'oh no, so and so shouldn't have said they were in stock and were going to be despatched because they aren't in stock', 'oh the warehouse guys didn't send it', 'there's a problem with the warehouse software and we can't send anything out today anyway and we don't even know if your toners are in stock because they haven't checked todays delivery yet'... getting the picture?
It has been excuse after excuse. Yesterday I had had enough, so I called them to get a refund and spoke to the supervisor who begged me for another chance, apologised profusely, and offered a free toner as partial compensation, and again swore to me that the toners would 'definately be there tomorrow I promise'... today... no toners and they're now saying they still aren't even in stock yet - AND the toner that they were going to give me free as compensation... yup, not in stock either!
Do not trust a word these people say - I don't! I have requested a refund back onto my card which they assure me will take 48 hours... watch this space... I very much doubt it will appear in my bank without at least a few further heated discussions... I would not buy from these people ever again.
Answer: Price for inks was very competitive and delivery was very prompt. Customer service second to none. Highly recommend this company
Answer: Hi Ken, I had just the same problem with my Canon TS3350. I could see the chip was loose and guessed this was the problem so I sent a photo to John at Printerinks who sorted it out straight away. Good luck Peter
