It is so nice to deal with a company who prize customer service first and foremost. The member of your staff I dealt with was very understanding of my problem and responded magnificently.

Have been using Printerinks during the Covid-19 crisis when all of our normal supplers have had stock issues but always been able to get what we need and all dispatched on the day of order. Price has always been very good and lower than our normal suppliers. Had a recent issue with one of the cartridges and one call to Stefan and all was sorted without any problem. A good company that I would recommend.
Had a bit of a problem with an ink cartridge. John sorted it out straight away no problem, replacement sent next day. Well done. You can judge a firm by the way they deal with complaints. On this occasion Printerinks set the standard which many others could do well to follow.

Quick response by John to my email. Printer Inks followed through and put right my address glitch. Assured by customer support chat bot that delivery would be fine and it was, delivery within 2 days of ordering. Very happy with online buying experience, price of inks and work of customer support sorting out my problem. Much improved since my last experience with this company so will use again in future. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Printerinks today when they solved a problem I had. It was very professional and courteous. I have used them for many years and never had to complain before but it was easily resolved
I had to contact customer services about my address issue, John who dealt with the problem was extremely helpful and was able to assure me that he would have it resolved quickly. If all the other people who work there are as thorough as John then they will keep succeeding as a company.
Had a problem with new inks on my Cannon and wrote for replacement, After detailed explanation from John matter was solved without incurring any more expenses. Great response and as usual quick service.
I had a problem with a cartridge not printing that had previously been supplied by Printerinks. I contacted Stefan who sent me a few suggestions as to what might resolve my problem - none of which worked. I re-contacted Stefan who immediately sent me a replacement cartridge. Problem solved.

I've used them for 2 years now and only had a problem with 1 cartridge for my Brother multifunction printer (out of 50+ cartridges?). This was replaced without any drama. Never had a problem with customer services.

I have used Printerinks on several occasions whilst working from home and although I cannot fault product, delivery is a concern. I have paid extra for quick delivery on last two orders but both times delivery has not been on time. I ordered on Monday and delivery was confirmed for Tuesday evening, it is now Thursday and still no ink! The excuse was that DHL did not have my full address, but that is always on receipt so I do not see what the problem was. When I finally found a way of contcting them about the problem, John was very helpful and explained the issue and when I would receive inks, hopefully today.
I had a series of faulty products delivered, probably resulting from COVID. Stefan fixed the problem for me.
Answer: Price for inks was very competitive and delivery was very prompt. Customer service second to none. Highly recommend this company
Answer: Hi Ken, I had just the same problem with my Canon TS3350. I could see the chip was loose and guessed this was the problem so I sent a photo to John at Printerinks who sorted it out straight away. Good luck Peter
