Literally the worst customer service. I returned two items in NOVEMBER and it's now January and I haven't received a refund. When I contact customer service they just say "it might take a while" or keep pushing the date to "check back in". I was at first told to check back on the return status in December, then they pushed the date to January, and now again to later January. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
You guys are better off on Shein! If I would've known the quality of these clothes were so cheap, I would've whipped out a sewing machine my dang self. The stitching and seam work on everything was a mess. Colors are never what they appear to be in picture. How is this "business" still running
I paid via Paypal and never received the item. Waited for almost 2 months and requested a refund via Paypal because they didn't respond to my 3 emails that I sent via their contact form on their website. Absolute garbage website with nonexistent customer service. Avoid at all cost,
So I ordered here for my Wife as I offer but her clothes from many different places. Fashion nova, Shein, Akira, etc. I decided to give pretty little things a try as I came across their brand a few times. After placing the other I did not get any update on the shipping literally until it was at my door step. Ok that may not be their fault but the shipping company. Now, when we opened the order 2 things were missing (a dress and the top to a matching set) and we also got something we did not order. Next, I would never think I would say that there's a company with less quality than Shein. Shein absolutely blows this place out of the water and is way cheaper. With Shein you know what you are paying for. This place was a lot more expensive and had sizing issues, hems splitting, like I seriously couldn't even believe it. When I brought this to their attention they replied with a link that didn't even resolve my issues. Then became unresponsive. At that point I decided to just cut my losses and take it as a lesson learned. Let me say my wife not myself are super super picky and snobby that we would complain about insignificant things. We have ordered plenty of things we didn't like after we got it and that's on us. But I am just posting this review to warn people that I literally could not believe the quality control issues here. And if you do decide to order from here do it at your own risk and know what you are getting yourself into.
I loved the brand but I recently purchased a bunch of dresses and got the wrong size. I should have gone a size down but didn't. I regret it because for returns I had to pay four dollars a package. That may not be a lot for some people but i'm a broke college student. Never will buy again, many other stores do returns much more affordably. If I could give 0 stars I would.
TLDR: Placed order 11/27 with PLT guaranteeing delivery by 12/8, currently 12/22 and my package is lost, PLT will not help.
I ordered a large order on November 27, and the website told me guaranteed shipping by December 8 (UK to USA). The order was not even PROCESSED until 12/7, and by then one of the items was out of stock. So they refunded me just the item - not even including tax I paid for it. Then, once it FINALLY shipped, the package never arrived. It is 12/22 and the package has been lost within USPS. I know it's not USPS's fault, or the fact that it's the holidays, because I've ordered other packages from other companies with delivery via USPS, and those have arrived in less than 2 days. Customer support told me they won't help me with anything until 12/30, but then changed and said they won't help me until 1/7. Scam all around. DO NOT order from here.
My order was supposed to be here 6th of December and I am still waiting I need my jacket. I contact with them and one day told me 19th it's gonna arrive then the 1st of January then 7th and finally before 30th or 30th it looks like a joke. Terrible delivery.
Most items are way too big it is absolutely unrealistic for them to fit an average person. I ordered some pants and the legs were like 4ft long
I've gone back and forth for over a month with customer service asking for either a solution or a cancellation/refund for my order because it's over a month past my original delivery date at this point. Instead I have just been given delayed delivery dates (5 different times they've delayed it over at least an week) and offered a worthless discount code for the future. They refuse to offer any sort of refund or to even report my package as missing until it's 2 months late. I ordered this for Christmas with an exponential amount of time to get here and now I can't even get the money back for this obvious scam until after Christmas.
I ordered a dress, not the cheapest one either, and paid for the express shipping to get it for an event. It's completely sewn wrong. There's some parts where the seams unraveled (was like that when I opened it) and the lace front under the bust is sewn completely crooked.
I've asked for a full refund but im waiting to hear back from them. I will not pay an extra cent to return the items, this is disgusting.
Horrible customer service. I've been waiting for 2. Months to get my refund I sent the order back and I sent them all that they asked for and now they are totally ignoring my emails and they don't want to send me my refund
Ordered advent calendar for my kid as a Christmas present. Was supposed to arrive early December. Never arrived. Never received any communication regarding my order after they took my money and sent a tracking number. It's a scam and should be shut down.
Hello, this was my first time ordering from pretty little thing. Unfortunately, I never received my package so I reached out to them through their text message option. When I reached out to them they told me that I will receive my refund on 12 December which is today and then I reached out today and they told me that they're trying to process if that something went wrong and ended the conversation I kept trying to text them back and they kept ending the conversation and starting me with someone new every time I would write something little. Their customer service is horrible they all kept giving me different dates of when I should be receiving my refund. When in reality, I was supposed to receive it the 12th of December. I am literally still going back-and-forth with them because they keep ending the conversation and making me start a whole new conversation with someone else.
This is the 3rd time I have ordered from PLT and I will not order from them again. You have to pay for shipment and it's always late. You reach out to customer service and they are no help and won't even refund the delivery fees for not having your shipment on time. The worst! And it's just a circle trying to use the app and get help. Terrible terrible terrible! If I could rate them a 0 I would.
I ordered from PLT three times, items from the first two orders were worst quality, and the material was very cheap and rough but I gave it third chance because they had a jumpsuit I was looking for everywhere, I tried to purchase using apple pay, my transaction was successful but unfortunately, order was not placed, I contacted the support team and asked them to look for the transaction and return money back, they asked for details and here started worst experience I've ever had. Firstly they asked to wait for 72 hours after it they asked to wait another 3 days, then asked to wait another 4 days then again asked to wait another 4 days and totally I was waiting for them to resolve this issue for 17 days, I lose my hope and I gave up because I feel that they are not going to refund my money back :( that's why I DON'T RECOMMEND trusting them and buy something
Absolute disgrace of a company. Order was supposedly 'lost' bye Evri. Now making it difficult to even get a refund. DO NOT USE
I ordered my order on the 12th November and it was supposed to be here on the 17th because I paid for express. Then it goes onto the 21st. I sent a message and they told me that it has been delayed till the 23rd. So I waited till the 23rd and still didn't get my parcel so I sent a message again and they told me to wait AGAIN till the 28th so I DID and I never got my parcel and asked where my parcel was then they had the audacity to tell me to wait till the 1st of Dec? I waited till then and still has no parcel. So I messaged one last time and they said that my order was lost. And asked me if I wanted to reorder my items but one of the items were out of stock so they wanted to refund that. I was definitely not waiting another 2-3 weeks so I am finally getting my REFUND. Such a disappointment because I never had a problem before.
