I had an issue with a faulty product that was not up to standard. I messaged via Twitter and received an instant reply from Mavie who got straight to the point and said although she couldn't send me out another product, she was happy to provide a refund and said not to worry about sending the item back. The service was amazing and she was very lovely. It was a pleasure to be served by her.

I did not receive my order. I was very distraught. This has never happened to me before. I logged onto to twitter and DM'd PLT customer service. Cat was amazing. I received an immediate response and Cat was very informative about what my options were and she resolved my issue in less than 24 hours. I am very pleased. Thank you Cat!

I've ordered from PrettyLittleThing a few times and am leaning towards not making any future purchases with them. My biggest hangup right now has to do with items having the potential of being falsely advertised.
I fell in love with this dress they have on their website with splits on both sides and when I got the dress there were no splits. Lol, the dress was still cute without the splits, but what sold me on buying the dress WAS THE SPLITS. I contacted customer service and asked them if I reordered the item could they guarantee that I'd receive the advertised product that I wanted and they ensured I'd get the item I showed them. My replacement came and guess what? No splits.
Whoever their manufacturer is does a poor job on some of their pieces too. I ordered a plaid skirt and the alignment of the plaids were clearly off to the point it couldn't be ignored. It was a defective item. I returned that skirt and reordered the same style because I liked the skirt so much. The replacement's alignment is much better, but it's still off. I got the item with a 50% discount, so I guess I got what I paid for?
On top of that, some of their selections run small even according to the provided size charts so the outfit still might not fit in the size you think you need! It's really annoying to have to pay for shipping to return the items every time there's an issue with the product, wait for the refund and reorder the item with the risk of it still being wrong. Such a shame because they have really cute clothes!
I got great customer service from cat. She quickly credited me a shipping charge when i didnt recieve my item on time. Thank you!
Customer service was amazing. I accidentally ordered two of the same items and Ikra B was able to able to assist. She helped me cancel my order in order to reorder. I can't stress enough how convenient the WhatsApp customer service is.
First I would like to say that quality of the clothing that I received was great. I didn't receive half my order or get a notification that my order was being split up, so I contacted customer service and they responded within 24 hrs and were able to provide me with the tracking number for my second parcel. I really appreciate the professional and level of care.
I placed an order and when I checked the tracking it said that I had been delivered. I had not received the package. I direct messaged them on twitter and their customer service team responded quickly and were able to help me. I had this outfit planned for a specific event and they were able resolve my problem and I am so grateful. I appreciate everything they were able to do for me. With a team who cares about their customers I would definitely recommend for people to shop here. Love it!

Kaitlin was a huge help with figuring out my dilemma. She was very nice and very helpful; hopefully the packages will be delivered back to PLT and I can get refunded so I can purchase the right size this time! Kaitlin was very good at explaining what was going on with my recent orders.
I ordered some clothes online with the application and I paid 5£ for the delivery service. Unfortunatly, I couldn't be home the day they delivered the parcel (since I have a day job). Instead of leaving the parcel to a postal office near my house, they returned it to the company. They refunded me automatically (the clothes), but not the 5£ delivery fees. I asked them to send back the parcel, but they refused. I asked them to refund the delivery fees since I paid 5£ to get absolutly nothing, but they refused. I asked for a discount that would cover the delivery fees so I could re-order the same clothes without paying twice for the delivery fees, but they refused. So I'm just very disapointed to have paid 5£ for nothing, they made me loose my time. I think this company might be a scam...
Super easy to return, sabbah helped me very quickly n efficiently online. Made notes of what i returned n even told me roughly when my refund would go through.
Gemma was professional and polite. She step-by-step explain exactly why my package was halted and what the follow up would be.
I sent out a return package for the pieces that were too big for me. I forgot to put the original invoice slip in the return so I reached out to PLT's online customer service chat to let them know. Nowman helped me, and was quick & concise! Told me he/she was going to put a note on my account letting PLT know. I am patiently waiting for my package to return to PLT for my refund. I have recently lost a lot of weight and am wanting to enjoy my new body on my birthday. I ordered 2 dresses from PYT. I ordered a size 12. The regular shipping said it would not come until 9/23, which is my actual birthday but I needed the dresses for my party. So I spent the extra on shipping. I received my order in about 3 days. I tried on both dresses and they fit and are so flattering! I am always worried that online clothing wont fit but these dresses look fantastic. I also found a code on retailmenot.com and was able to get 40% off of my order. So everything, including shipping, was only like $60. Very pleased!
