I ordered a pair of sunglasses and already I was pretty disappointed because they charged me a ton of money for shipping and they ended up being $21. Then, shipping took forever and when it arrived I wasn't there to sign so they brought the glasses to my post office without an email or anything so I continued to wait. I finally figured it out when the post office called me. Finally got the glasses and they were BROKEN when they arrived and because they were at the post office for so long I can no longer return them. I've NEVER BEEN MORE DISAPPOINTED in a company before and they clearly don't allow reviews on their website because they know their products are crap.

I ordered a few thing from PLT and when i got my conformation email the address and everything was correct. A week or so passed and i did not get my package so i went to track my package and it had said i entered an invalid address. When i looked at the address it was not the address i have given to PLT (which i do have proof of) i emailed PLT because i could not find the phone number to this Horrible place nut all they told me was that they would give me a refund for 23 dollars which was basically the same exact amount of money i spent on shipping. Since it was a issue on their part for not giving the shipment company the correct address i am not understanding why i was not refunded the money for shipping too? This is absolutely ridiculous. I emailed them my phone number and they said they would call at 11 but its 6 hours later and STILL no phone call or reply to my emails. I want all my money back or my products... literally a scam. I have never been one to write reviews but this customer service has been the worst i have EVER experienced, it sucks being ignore when you have an unresolved issue.

PLEASE READ IF YOU'RE THINKING OF BUYING. 1. they don't respond to customer inquires and then won't help because of the time they took to respond 2. The swimsuits are horrible quality and don't match the description or picture. I ordered a cute swimsuit set off a pretty little thing and while I was ordering it didn't clearly specify the delivery date so I was hoping it would arrive within at least two weeks. Once I ordered the swimsuit, which was for spring break in two weeks, I got told that it wouldn't arrive in time and my delivery date would be after spring break. I understood the confusion and immediately contacted the pretty little thing customer service. The ONLY customer service option they had available to contact was email or submitting a question on line which would be an email response. That's exactly what I did, I contacted them and informed them of the issue and simply asked to cancel the order. No response, I contacted them a second time a day after my order, No response. I contacted them again three days after my order on Instagram instead and it took them a day to respond only for them to tell me they couldn't help me and I needed to contact a different Instagram account. So, I contacted the other Instagram account and after almost a day of wait they basically informed me they can't help because it was too late and I would have to pay to return my swimsuit. WHAT! I'm very frustrated. They weren't attentive and made my situation worse by not responding and now I have to pay to return something that I tried to resolve as soon as I ordered it. Once the swimsuit came in the mail it was horrible quality and not worth the money I spent to even return it. The swimsuit didn't look like the picture and the color was faded and old looking. Do not order from here because they don't find customers needs a priority and they will screw you over with swimsuit quality.

First of They raise they're prices then claim they have 50 percent off the website when you put the code in after "taxes and shipping " they're only taking off 10 dollar or less, number 2 i order the black wrap around one piece it came ripped until this day I have not have a chance to wear it! Then 4 times they were late and passes the delivery date which was inconvenient for me since most the stuff I needed was for an event. This website is a hoax don't waste your money! I repeat do not waste your money! I posted a picture of my order i had 2 items for 10.80 the skirt was 21 and the shirt was 13.80. This is all after the fake dicount everything was 55.80 they charged me 73.00 dollars so basically i got charged 17.00 in shipping and taxes thats ridiculous! They don't have a free shipping option even if you spend over 100 dollars. Then they put all the prices up and make it seem like they giving a discount go to Forever 21 they have a free shipping option if you spend more then 50.00 or h&m its free shipping if your a member even fashion is better! This website is a hoax and don't buy from boohoo either they're owned by the father of the man who own pretty little think so they got the same scam going on!

I bought a dress to wear to my bridal shower from PLT after reading not bad reviews from the internet. Turns out I may as well have burned my money as the dress was absolutely horrid. The bust was so loose I would have to take it in an inch on each side. It was completely see through, and the fabric was sewn badly so that the under layer wrinkled right at my crotch. I would use it as a rag but its made of lace soooo... (shrugging emoji). One star for the fact that even though i would never wear this $70 mistake, it actually came the day they said it would.

I was excited to shop on this site as the pictures of the clothing look beautiful, but when I received my items the clothes looked horrible. For 1. The clothes are not true to size 2. They don't look like the photos (they look cheaply made) 3. The shoes I ordered won't be used because I'm scared to wear them and break my ankle. I'm terribly disappointed and won't ever shop here again. I don't want to come out of pocket to return so I'll take this loss and donate everything. It seems like influencers get better material items than what us consumers actually receive.

First, the quality of clothing is not bad. I generally shop designer, but for the sake of giving this place a shot after one of my friends recommended it to me, I almost didn't buy because the prices were so low. This was during their holiday sale, but I knew it was fast fashion because there were so many items. I just think the clothing is much better than I thought it would be for the price.
The clothing runs a bit bigger than I expected. Since this site is based out of the UK, I figured my measurements would be a good guideline oh, but I would say about 40% of my order is way too big. I will have them altered anyway. They do not offer free returns, but when I explained my financial situation, they sent me a label which was really cool of them to do. I placed two orders at about $400, and I did place a third order for only two jumpsuits. I cannot speak highly enough about my interaction with customer service and all the amazing clothes I now have. Because of my long legs oh, I was able to wear tall items, but because of my size, I was able to wear petite sizes. This makes almost all clothing wearable for me except plus size. I also like that they do have an awesome selection of fashionable plus-size clothing. That is difficult to find these days as plus size clothing is generally more expensive, and they give the same low prices equally.
The only con is that they don't exchange clothing. They will give you a refund to repurchase the items, but the clothing I got was way cheaper than their normal prices. So I would not be able to repurchase the items completely. I am not docking a star for this as it is clearly written in the FAQ that they do not have a way to exchange clothing at this time. It was not in the fine print, and it is my mistake for not checking out their policy before I buy. I don't know many people who do that oh, and I would be betting that most people don't, but since it is clear as day on that site, I can't blame PLT for that. I am so happy with my purchases, and I know a seamstress luckily oh, so I will probably get it all the big stuff taken in as I believe it is worth it. I had such a seamless experience with this company.
Also, since shipping was not free, I decided to pay the extra couple dollars for express shipping, and my order came in 2 days. Yes, from the UK. 2 days! Imagine my excitement when I saw those big huge bags in front of my door when I got home. How awesome!

I ordered a hoodie recently, almost $40. I tried to refund before the order was even ready, but they never responded and decided to ship it out anyway. After only two (2) days of wearing it, I noticed a rip in the hoodie sleeve. I'm not sure if it was already there, or if I had teared it but all I did was sleep in it so i'm only assuming that it was already ripped. The quality is soft and comfortable but obviously cheap. For $40, you'd think the material wouldn't be so f*cking sh*tty, but whatever. Also, the hoodie that I got is so thin and NOTHING like the hoodie displayed in their image. Smh

I was going on vacation, and I placed a large order with expedited shipping. Because I needed all of my merchandise as soon as possible for vacation. All of my merchandise came on time however, the size was all wrong therefore I had to return them. They charged me return shipping not to mention they had me paid for the expedited shipping even though they sent me the wrong sizes. I demanded a refund for all the shipping because they were at fault and they refuse I have been going back-and-forth back-and-forth with emails with them I have sent more than 10 emails they don't care about you as a customer do not waste your time or your money they do not care if you have a problem too bad too sad they are going to milk you for all they can get out of here.
