THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I REACHED OUT INFORMING THEM THAT I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AFTER WAITING ALMOST A MONTH DUE TO THEIR CONSTANT "SORRY FOR THE DELAY" EMAILS. I THEN PURCHASED MY ITEMS ALL OVER AGAIN BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE NEVER MADE IT. I PROVIDE PROOF VIA MY RING DOOR BELL THAT NOTHING WAS DELIVERED. I THEN ASKED THEM COULD THEY REFUND ME THE SHIPPING ON THE SECOND ORDER FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND THEY DECLINED. HOW ABOUT THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?! THEY THEN CLOSED THE CHAT WITHOUT NO RESOLUTION AND DID NOT EVEN ASK ME WAS THERE ANYTHING ELSE, HAVE A GREAT DAY. ETC. IDK WHO IS BEHIND THIS COMPANY BUT YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I KNOW ONE THING FOR CERTAIN. THEY WONT GET ANYMORE OF MY FUNDS

Terrible Service

What a scam of a company. I liked the look of the products online so I ordered a few pieces of clothing. When it comes to them taking your money and getting you your product they are efficient but in the case of returns/refunds or any communication after they have taken your money, they are terrible. I have been waiting to receive a refund for 2 months now and the customer service conversations I have keep going in circles. Upon paying for postage, the company has yet to update me on my refund or acknowledge they received anything. Again, they are more interested in taking your money and not helping you resolve any challenges you may have with their products. What a shame.

Really bad quality

Clothes are very poor quality. I got a bunch of things and returned everything except for a sweater, which I should have returned too because it fell apart after three washes. Prices are low and they have really nice styles, but the quality is just not worth it.

Never got my package

Customer service Ivy was not helpful. They send my package to the wrong address and all she told me was, they're sorry and to go to the wrong address to retrieve my package... Went to ups and they advised me I do not do that. Spend all that money to not have receive my package. Very disappointed.

Holes & Missing Items

I bought 3 items from this company and only received 2 items. One of the items I received had a quarter-sized hole right in the butt… so basically, I paid for 3 items, and only received 1 that I can actually wear. Another thing worth noting is that the material of their clothing is thin and cheap. Spend your money elsewhere.

I have been trying for over a month to get a refund for items I returned back Feb 10th. They ask for copy of postage. I give them tracking number from courier and the date and who signed for the return. Still playing email bs. I would not recommend this place to anyone. CRAP

Omg! I will seriously never order from these nut jobs ever again! I was searching forever online for a cute moto jacket, and saw a nice one on this site, PLT. It was on sale so I was like hell yeah! Bonus! Anyways, I spent like almost $100 CAD, for this one jacket plus fast shipping. For them to send me a small $&@@& dress! I'm like! Wtf! I had my whole weekend planned out and with what outfit I wanted to wear, total ocd lol. But thus why I spent an arm and a leg on shipping. So in my head it would be worth it. But OMG! Lemme tell you, their customer service is totally Ughhhh! If you have high blood pressure, imma tell you, you goin have it after you talk to these useless good for nothingss! Praise the lord we have SHEIN! I rather take a hit or miss with them, then this lame PLT site.

Terrible Shipping

Ordered some items from PLT and after a further check I noticed that the wrong address had been selected after checking my account the system had not selected either my bill or delivery address option but an old address I no longer live at. After contacting customer service I was informed that there is nothing they can do I was shocked and stunned at the lack of help and support from customer service even when tracking my order it was still at the warehouse being picked. I was then Informed that I should go to the old property and ask for my parcel. I asked why would the delivery driver give the named parcel to someone else and not me, this is the worse customer service I have ever had and I am disappointed that this is how pretty little thing treat there loyal customer I will never purchase from you again

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Do NOT BUY from this company, I paid extra to get my dress here early and ordered it 3 weeks ago for my birthday, it's nowhere in the FedEx system or the usps system, but PLT website is showing it hasn't been moved since Feb 21st it should have arrived March 1st, I've called about package and usps neither FedEx have ever had any tracking info on my order, once I brought this to PLT attention & asked for a refund or a new dress they told me just to wait it out to see if it actually gets here by the 22nd of March, my birthday is the 10th, what would I be waiting for? They can't even located my item but they took my extra funds to get it here ASAP! Conveniently there is no customer service number but they email me all the time to tell me they can't help me. They are scamming buyers

Poor service / scum

Dont buy items on this company. They will get your money but will never deliver the items. Been waiting for my items since feb 25. Fully paid items. Contacted the courier and they told me they are waiting for PLT for the payment so they can proceed. Customer service just keep on telling me to wait and dont want to refund my money. They are bunch of scammers. Dont buy items here. I should read the other comments before buying here. A lot of their customers also experiencing this. DONT BUY ITEMS HERE

Horrible customer service

I ordered my package over 3 weeks and it never arrived even though it said it was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago. I emailed customer service and they only got back to me once ever since then they stopped repaying and have been very unhelpful. I've been asking for a refund but I don't think i'll get one. Will never be buying from there again.

Horrible

I really want to rate this company with no stars because they have horrible customer service. I purchased 3 dresses and only received 1 they told me I would receive my other 2 dresses on the 20th of February... I ordered my dresses in January I've waited a month and received nothing. Nowwwww a representative is telling me they're sure they sent me the parcel to check again! So unprofessional because if you see the package they sent me it's super small! There's no way they sent me 3 dresses. They've went from telling me my packages were sent separately to telling me my packages were lost and now they're telling me my eyes deceive me and I need to check the package again. I'm livid and definitely not a supporter of this company! Give me my money back! And... not to mention the dress I did receive smelled like it was washed!

I bought a set from pretty little thing. Got it today and there is a huge hole in the pants and the top had makeup all over it. The tag was already cut off. I emailed them but I'm guessing based on reviews they won't issue me a refund. Lesson learned! Never buying from this company again.
I left pictures for reference. You can't see the makeup very well in the photo but I promise you there's foundation all over it. Gross

Terrible experience & Do not recommend

Terrible experience and will never buy here again. My order took a few weeks, then when I went to return within the 45 day window, they no longer would allow it because they count the window from your order date!

Now I'm stuck with items that were bad quality and fit. They look nothing like photos online. And their customer service is inaccessible. I'd advise anybody to shop somewhere else.

Return policy/customer service

I purchased three pairs of jeans in November 2021 for Christmas presents for my granddaughter. Due to Covid outbreaks I was unable to see her until about 2 weeks ago. The jeans do not fit. Absolutely impossible and frustrating trying to contact this company. If you live in The United States DO NOT purchase from this company. Their customer service is nonexistent. Their return policy allows 28 days. Even if I had given them to her on Christmas Day I would have been over the 28 days. Shop elsewhere.

Pleaseeee don't order from Pretty little thing! They will sell you really cheap, thin, poor poor quality clothes that not even worth the amount they're selling to us. Most of their item probably only cost them $2 but they will sell it to us from $60. I just brought few stuff from them and I'm returning all the item. The worst part is that they even CHARGE FOR RETURN! NOT FREE RETURN! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON PRETTY THING THING! Also some of their clothes smells like mold.
