I bought a pressure washer brand new 31 mega shot from pressure washer Direct I've had it for 30 minutes and it broke down took a full repairs got it back ran it for 1 hour broke down again I'm taking it for repairs for the second time nobody in the company wants to talk to me about it they just basically said oh well we can't take it back you've used it it's on you do not buy from this company do your homework and buy from a local store where you can get some good questions and answers I'm about ready to take this brand new pressure washer I got and throw it in the dumps in the metal container and I'll just have to eat my 479 that I paid for thanks good luck
I purchased 2 skids from them. One was in stock and promised to ship the next day. The other was on backorder and was to be shipped from the manufacturer as agreed when placing the order with Veronica on the phone. My item should have arrived and hadn't, so I called customer service. They informed me that Pressure Washers direct logistics team decided to NOT ship my item as promised and wait until both items are available which created a delay of approximately 4 weeks. There was no communication at all on the logistics teams decision to make their own decision on when the item will ship by anyone within Pressure Washers Direct entire team. I had to chase them down with a 20+ phone call and am now having to wait on a return call from a team member "IF" they decide to release it or not. Not a chance I will promote or ever do business with this company or any affiliate.
Order a pump vent cap was broken customer service was very poor experience but they did send a replacement part
I purchased a General Pump hose reel from this company. I didn't set it up for one year, then discovered it leaked. I sent multiple emails to Pressure Washers Direct and they refused to help, even though General Pump made it clear that it was PWD's responsibility. General Pump finally sent me a replacement. It is clear from my experience and reviews that this site provides no after sales support whatsoever.
Arrived on time but I was unable to get it running after numerous efforts. Tried to return it and got rejected due to it being oiled / gased, the typical go around. Even worse the company's service centers did not want to work on it and most of their numbers were d/c. I ended up taking it to my local family owned hardware center. They took it in and a day later found out the engine's carburetor jets had been installed upside down. I will never deal with P.W. Direct again due to their policies and incompetent warranty repair centers they claim to have. Buyer Beware.
Power washer I purchased broke on the first day of use. Pressure Washer Direct did nothing to help resolve the issue. They stated that because I used the power washer they couldn't help. Again, it broke on the first day of use, but they said that makes it a used product. What a load of BS.
IF AFFIRM IS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN AFFORD EQUIPTMENT THEN SHOP HERE. Otherwise go somewhere else.
I'm getting out of the military soon, I am looking to start pressure washing while I finish up some schooling. I ordered a soft wash system through PWD. When it showed up the box was barely held together with 2 pieces of tape. Paint was scratched off the metal parts and it took enough beating that layers of bubble wrap around other parts were stripped away... I know that UPS delivered it but I have gotten tons of stuff delivered VIA ups and never have I received something so beaten. It's not their job to repackage a shippers laziness. ANYWAY...
I start assembling my unit when I get to step one and immediately notice I'm already missing pieces. A wheel and the axel. I call PWD and they politely inform me that they don't handle missing or damage pieces on the product they sold me and to contact the manufacturer...
Expedited finish of the story. I take inventory of everything in the manual. I am missing my entire pump unit as well and only have a replacement cartridge that has already been used. There are rings where washers and screws sat on a previous installation and dirt and scratches all over it. I call BRAVE the manufacturer and they looked up my information, machine, and sent replacement parts right away and stood by their product. They even offered to send me replacements for anything parts that had paint scraped off. I declined those but appreciated them being willing to literally send me a new unit if they had to. They didn't charge me shipping or anything for the parts. BRAVE is a manufacturer of integrity. I will order from them directly next time if possible.
I wish I could give it #0 stars. But It won't let me. I perches a $1400 pressure washer and I referred a friend she spent $426 so i can get the referral $$ but they will not give me anything after I referred a good friend to a terrible company. I want to return the equipment but they changed u a arm and a leg for the shipping.
I ordered a new Simpson 3200 pressure washer form these guys. It came with no manual, which you are supposed to read before operating. There was no quick set-up guide as shown in the videos. And, it was missing a wand. Sure would be nice if someone checked the orders before shipping. Very lax. Not a happy camper. I wanted to use it right away.
This sites customer service is awful. I bought a Dewalt 4200 psi pressure washer a few short months back. Not 20 hours into its usage and the pressure pump broke. Took it to one of the service centers and after 4 weeks I finally got a notice that the pump was not warranted. Cat the pump maker will not honor basically an new pump. I then contacted Pressure Washers Direct, told them the issue and was told they would get back to me. Still waiting for that call! Then I contacted them again and was told they couldn't help me. Folks beware of these guys.
I placed an order for some items that were in stock. A week later and they still hadn't shipped. I contacted them and was told a "technical issue" had delayed my shipping. I said ok cancel the items and I will get them elsewhere. They agreed to cancel the items. So 2 hours later I get a notice that part of my order has shipped. I called back and customer service says "oh well they were scheduled to ship so we couldn't stop it" I asked if the item that's now back ordered would be shipped and they said that "no we will cancel that item." Fast forward to several more hours later they change my back ordered item to "shipped" status but didn't deliver it to the shipper. In my opinion they use deceptive and dishonest practices so they don't have to refund money.
Been having poor communication over orders that have been purchased already.
Orders that have been made over 3 weeks ago and showing that it's been shipped with only one tracking number when its multiple items that are being shipped it's been more of a hassle to collect my items then what it should be
My original purchase came in a timely manner but it was missing parts. Upon emailing them and explaining it took several emails to finally get them to say they would ship the missing parts. That was 6 weeks ago with no parts in sight. I have emailed with no response. The chat option is unavailable! After being on hold for just about two hours I gave up! I will buy the parts somewhere else! The customer service is non existent here! I would not give it a one star but I don't have a zero option!
On July 11,2021 ordered a Simpson MegaShot MS 3125-S Power Washer. Shipment was quick and it was received with damaged shipping materials on July 14,2021. I took pictures of the damaged packaging, damaged parts and contacted Power Washers Direct on July 16. Customer service email states they will get back to me in 1-2 days. Did not happen. The only way I can get someone to answer the phone is call for Sales and explain the story. I have spoken to two humans by telephone in a month, and one person via chat. One asked for pictures and label, and later asked for engine number. The second individual told me the engine number was wrong... provide ALL pictures again along with the picture of the engine number. Stayed on the phone with him until he said he had the email and all the pictures he needed. Last week, I received two packages... neither were replacements for the damaged parts. Something completely different. I have written to the headquarters with no response. BUYER BEWARE, there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE with this company.
Late Shipment, Bad Customer Service, Item Arrived Damaged. On top of that Maria who works in Customer Service is untruthful, terrible person. Terrible company.
OVERPRICED! I returned a pressure washer pump out of principle alone. Found the same brand name pump with 1000 more psi, same gpm AND included the unloader, thermal relief valve and the general pump quick connect kit for $100 less and free shipping! Kid you not... Found my new pump from Toolbarn.com. First pic is my $100 less, 1k psi more, free shipped, toolbarn pump. 2nd is the Pressure washer direct pump.
I tried to make a purchase with my credit card it went through on the credit cards end and power washer ripoff tells me its a fraudulent credit card wtf. So I went to lowes got the same price but I bought it from a person.
It was one lonely small bag of Hand Knob asessmbly attachment for frame rails to handlbars atachment and after a 60min wait on the phone for service they said would ship the package right out but I explained several times that it was missing both sides which would have been correct since missing the enitire bag was not with sprayer so 2 are needed not one. Well after another week of waiting they sent me 1 knob not 2 but one, I tried service center again but it went wait time over 60min was enough for mr to just melt down and tell them this service center is the loins of hell from julbrata and they will be getting no soup NO SOUP from the soup Nazi now move on your holding the crowd up losers Icertify this place will be a nightmare for BBB centers of disease.
We ordered the TriKleener, along with pressure washer and the TriKleener was a joke. It didn't work even close as to what is represented. Pressure Washers Direct refuses to do anything about it. They say it's not their fault and we need to return it at our own cost AND pay a restocking fee. My husband was in the phone/on hold for over 4 hours. They won't return emails either. Extremely frustrating and will never recommend or order thru them again.
They will totally take your money and if your item is shipped damaged it is a pain to try to get a return set up and certainly a refund it seems to be out of the question nearly a month later they don't communicate and they always tell you it'll be 24 to 48 hours before they get back with you and no one ever returned your call.
Answer: SCAM company, they certainly will take your order and payment but god help you if you need a return, or refund. Forget it. Go elsewhere for people who care about the client
