I decided to save 30 bucks and not order from Amazon for the exact same model pressure washer. What a mistake that was. I received a used, leaking, numerous broken parts for the pressure washer from "Pressure Washers Direct". The company absolutely refused a refund or exchange. Finally, after PayPal contacted them numerous times, I returned the item, I still had to pay $75 shipping return, on a $180 pressure washer. What a complete rip off. Stanley, the manufacturer was more than happy to give me any parts I needed, but I did not want to become a repair technician. I ordered a brand new pressure washer, which I did not receive. What a complete rip off. End.

I recently discovered it would cost nearly as much to rent a pressure washer for a couple of days as it would to buy one. I searched various stores in our area and came up with one that I sort of liked, but the store really couldn't provide a lot of information about it except what was printed on the box. I searched the internet for that model and found it at Pressure Washers Direct. They not only had that model, but they stock models at every quality level and size from several manufacturers. They provide a lot of information about each model and make recommendations, based on the intended usage. They ranked the top five for my usage. The one I planned to buy was 5th, so I looked at the models above it. The top model was only $20 more, and still cheaper and more convenient than buying locally. I checked BBB before ordering and they have an A+ rating. It's more convenient because they provided free shipping with delivery to our carport. The order was filled promptly and delivery took only 3 business days. The only problem was that the bottle of engine oil included by the manufacturer was punctured in shipping and made a mess of the double boxes it was shipped in. The washer works great. I'm pleased the site directed me to it because the quality of the hose and wand seem to be better than the other model and the pump is from a highly rated manufacturer instead of an unknown.
This company is part of a larger company, Power Equipment Direct, which also has subdivisions selling generators, pumps, log splitters, wood chippers, and snow blowers. I have not used any of those sites, but wouldn't hesitate to try them.
