My experience GREAT! Somehow after I placed my order. My confirmation of the shirt I design was all wrong. I immediately texted. The representative on the text line design the shirt exactly how I wanted it. It was sent back to showing the front and back. Prep Sportswear is all about satisfying you a customer! The website stated it would be 3-5 business days for delivery and my hoodie arrived almost 2 weeks after the order was submitted only to be told the hoodie i ordered was high demand and wouldn't be delivered within the 3-5 days. A little notification that the order was going to run slow due to "high demand" would have been nice and appreciated, other than me having to follow up after the 5 business days.
Production and shipping was a little slow but overall, happy with the product

I was very pleased with the quick response to my request after my order arrived with a mistake in the spelling of the high school logo. Within two weeks I had a new sweatshirt with the correction made. We did not have any problems with this company as we resolved the problem. I have received many compliments on the vivid color of my sweatshirt and have been asked where I purchased it. I would recommend this company for spirit wear. Being a grandmother of a high schooler it is tough to know when the school spiritwear sites are open. This company allowed me to be ready to cheer on my grandchild for her season.

Many orders put in for a reunion. Most have not arrived after weeks of waiting and there's no one to contact.no phone number no email.just a leave a message bot where no one follows up. The few items that did arrive the sizes were off
