The items themselves are great. The prices and shipping are both kind of high - I could wait longer, pay less and not have it go priority to pay less in shipping. I paid approx $17.62 per t-shirt which is mid-range for t-shirts. But then to have to pay $13.44 for shipping is pretty steep. That brought me to just over $22 a shirt. So it's something I can only purchase a few of maybe once a year. They could've been sent first class or ups sure post and it would be cheaper.

Update: When I got a Gettysburg shirt, it had the wrong year (1911–the school was founded in 1832). They wouldn't change it and told me I had to contact the bookstore myself to get the decal corrected. And, I only had 15 days to return for a refund. Despite the fact that this would take several weeks, the LiveChat person refused to grant an exception. I guess they aren't aware of Zappos like customer service models. That's too bad.
