I accidently ordered twice and had to contact their customer service team to confirm that I had canceled the duplicate order. They were very quick to respond and answered all my questions clearly and professionally. I was disappointed that there was no order completion or shipping timeline given, so I was ordering blindly, but was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived within a few days of placing it. I ordered from Spokane, WA and had it delivered to Santa Barbara, CA and it took less than 1 week to arrive!
