Site is very slow, dysfunctional. Certain logos would disappear as options while toggling between them or spaces to add names would only take one letter. Very frustrating. If I had another option I would have left the site, almost did anyway and did stop adding items for other family due to these issues. It took more than a month to receive the items I did purchase, with no proactive communication/updates about my order (I had to contact them).
The cost to ship the items to Canada is outrageous! And to top it off, I had to pay almost $40 more for duty! For that reason, I can't order from Prep Sportswear again unless there's a huge sale!
