My order was crammed into a Box that was too small. It was packed without care like dirty laundry packed in a laundry bag. The Logo on my sweatshirt had to be ironed out and the sleeves on another shirt has hard wrinkles in it and the hat was smashed. I also had the issue with a defective product that the company took care of.
I also think the product is slightly overpriced.
Good quality, just would've expected earlier shipment when ordered the weekend of Thanksgiving. Thanks for getting it shipped before Christmas

The item was nice. There was absolutely no packaging material! Not a single piece of paper, bubble wrap or tissue paper. The lack of protective packaging caused the hat to be dinged in a few places. What a shame - otherwise it was a very nice hat.
The items are great, the lack of communication regarding the processing of the order wasn't great, but they did guarantee it before Xmas day, and it arrived Christmas eve.
