Product received but The shipping time is way too long. I cant give any higher than 3 stars because of that.
The product arrived. The embroidery was coming off. I asked for a refund or replacement and have never heard back.
I did not realize that a "year" was included on the shirt. It was a Christmas gift (that missed Christmas) for my son that graduated from KU several years ago. If the year was to note a graduation date; then it missed the mark.

It was great until we went to return my daughter's sweatshirt bc it was too small and found out that there is no return policy at all. Such a bummer. And a giant waste of money. Now what are we going to do with a sweatshirt that doesn't fit anyone in our family?
