Easy to order. Timely delivery. I can't tell you if it fits yet because it is a Valentine's Day gift. I will tell you this: I don't like ordering from places unless they have PayPal as an option and I don't think you did, but I ordered anyway. In the future if you can get PayPal, I'm sure you will generate more business.
This is the WORST company I have ever contacted. I received the incorrect merchandise, contacted them to make a return (they don't do returns but will do replacements) and was issued a replacement order #. The replacement never came. When I contacted them about the status of the replacement they told me that they canceled and refunded it. I have no refund.
When trying to figure out why I did not receive the replacement or the refund, I was told that I am lying about my order numbers that they gave me and trying to manipulate other peoples orders (?). So I do not have the right order product and I do not have the replacement or refund.
* In response to site jabber saying that customer service reached out to me and I did not respond, that is incorrect. I actually did respond to PrepSportswear directly, as per their request. I had already opened up a dispute on my credit card and so they said that they could not help me any further until the dispute was resolved. After many months of providing additional information the credit card found me not responsible for the incorrect order item.
It was very easy to find what I was looking for and the prices are reasonable.
My order came flawed (not printed correctly) - i was able to talk with a rep on the chat line and they resent our order out immediately free of charge. Great customer service.
The had Quick processing time and good quality. I was surprised of all the options that were available.
Clothing is great quality but the sizing runs very small. I normally wear a small or med. But wanted a larger size so I wear clothing under my sweatshirt, so glad I ordered a large. It barely fits, I can fit a tee shirt under it that's it. And my tee shirt just fits, no room to breath in it.

Delivery was a little longer then expected but the item was great.
Ordering wasn't too hard. Website was easy to understand i was ordering a special shirt for a friend. Never heard of this place till i went to order this shirt. The shipping took longer than i thought it would.
Unable to order all shirts in one order. Had to place multiple orders. Shirts were too small once received. And yes, we read the sizing charts. Not sure if returns or exchanges are an option.
