I believe the problem of delivery falls upon the U.S. postal service and not your company. My only problem with your company was that when I did not receive the order and the usps said it was delivered, your customer service rep said it was up to me to track it down. In my opinion, that task should be for you as the sender to follow up on. What I believe happened was it was mis-delivered
To another residence and that person put it back out for usps to pick up and deliver to me five days later. Bottom line, your customer service dept needs to review their procedures.
