Product is very high quality & is shipped quickly. I do think that sweatshirts run small as I purchased 1 for 4 of our grandchildren & each had to be sized up 1 size from their usual size to fit. No complaints here though as the sweatshirts are so nice.

The ordering thru receipt of my items was quick and seamless.The items look nice, but I was put off by the fact that that they were not as advertised. Your online ordering process states that you were doing embroidery on the sweatshirts that I ordered, but the process that you are using is called appliqué. I bought them as a gift for my granddaughter and she was extremely happy with them, so I decided to just keep them and not take my complaint any further. However, seriously guys, you should be ashamed of yourselves for not being truthful.
They sent me a discount coupon and then didn't honor it when I ordered.
