When I inquired about it with customer service I was my error as I was told I gave the wrong mailing address which included a ******* zip code in error and would have to resolve it with USPS. I contacted customer service again when my item wasn't received and sent a screen shot of my order in which my mailing address was correct with my correct zip code *******.
