Today is Dec 19 and the mailing label for my Christmas present ordered on Dec 1 was just printed. They held my money for 3 weeks.
Took almost a month to get my order. Ended up not getting here in time for my wife's birthday, so not the best experience.
I placed my order 11.28.2022 and was "guaranteed" arrival for Christmas. I reached out to customer service on 11.22.2022, when my order was still not shipped. It was still "in production". I wanted to know if I should be purchasing alternative gifts! Customer service assured me that my order would be received for Christmas. Lies, lies, lies. On 11.23.2022 in the evening, I received an email informing me that my order would not be arriving/shipping in time for Christmas. Surprise, surprise. No refund and would not allow me to cancel the order. Terrible customer relations. Don't make "guarantees" on your website that you cannot fulfill. Extremely disappointed.
Too long of a wait for the item to be shipped and received
The ordering process was quick and easy. I was very pleased with the quality of the shirt and the logo.
It was easy to order what I wanted, with many different options.
The generic email response just isn't good enough. I wouldn't mind waiting long if I felt like the company was genuine. My order was created before the dates their email stated and I still haven't received it or heard from anyone. Unfortunately this is the only company who can make this specific order so wanted to try them. Now it's saying my order was canceled

Therefore, I had to place another order today, to replace the incorrect wording in apparrel. I am not happy that I could not get through to anyone to handle this order and get cancelled and had to spend double the money to get what I wanted….
