It took longer than I expected. But I enjoyed the sweat shirt once I got it. Today, I discovered two holes. I was told it would be replaced. That it a relief.
2 of the 3 shirts were good. The 3rd was a white hoodie with what we thought would be a screen printed logo. Instead it is an iron-on logo that is stiff and plastic feeling, that will peel over time after multiple laundry cycles. It also took 3-4 weeks.
I had the best experience. I ordered couple sweaters for my 9year old. There was a issue with size. Prep Sportswear took care of situation quickly. I was completely satisfied with replacement. I will continue to use Prep Sportswear for my sports apparel needs.
Customer service is great. Shirt quality is poor. Received a replacement for a unstitched hoodie pocket and the replacement has a small hole in it.
I had read the reviews and customers had said this particular sweatshirt ran huge and should order down a size which I did. It was not as roomy as I like and you can't return them so not sure what I will do with the two I bought sized down. I weigh 130 lbs and usually buy a LARGE so should not have listened to the reviewers and ordered my size Large. Oh well—It is what it is and will eat my cost.

I ordered shirts for my daughters soccer signing. They made a mistake, but offered to send a replacement. We had time, so that was ok.
The replacement came a day before her signing and it was still wrong. I was very disappointed. They offered a refund.
