When I placed my order on Dec 20, I assumed it would not make it until after Christmas, however the company should have added to their site, all orders placed after Dec 15th, will not be processed until after Jan. 1. True, if I would have known this prior to ordering, I most likely wouldn't have placed the order.
But with that said, the product arrived towards the end of January and it is a nice hat.
