I bought two jackets for my foreign exchange students and I was very disappointed with the color. It appeared that they ran out of red cloth and decided to use a coral color instead. I immediately complained but did not receive a reply
I ordered a shirt in my usual size and it was way too small. The fabric was also very thin and flimsy. I found out too late that you will not let me return it for an appropriate size, so now I'm stuck with a shirt I can't use.
I ordered a curry college hoodie and it came within a week or so. Great hoodie and the website had a variety of different colors and styles.
It was easy to order and the sweatshirt looked nice when it came. We wished it had come sooner, but we were needing it right away.
I incorrectly entered the wrong house number and my order was returned to sender. I offered to pay additional shipping to have it re-sent. Prep Sportswear did not charge me any additional shipping, even though it was my mistake, and they quickly re-sent it to the correct address. Excellent customer service! When my sweatshirt arrived, the quality was above my expectations! It's definitely my most comfortable sweatshirt! I'll be ordering from them again. Thank you!
