I ordered on 1/15/25, paid $9.99 for shipping because I needed the item for my daughter's school spirit week on 1/21/25. The order didn't arrive until 1/24/25. I ended up buying a more expensive school hoodie locally.
When I inquired about returning the items, this was Ashley's canned response:
"Per our policy we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that were completed to order, shipped and delivered. Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or concerns. Have a great rest of your day." (I really hate the 'have a great rest of your day' patronizing...).
Bottom line? Shipping takes a long time and customer service is less than friendly/accommodating. Order somewhere else.
