The order screen is VERY difficult to navigate. It bounces all over the place. When you put in a credit card to order it requires you to put in your zip code but you cannot SEE the zipcode area because it rolls off the screen! Very frustrating. If you try to go bacl to see what you missed it bounes back to the first screen where you enter your address so you have no idea what it is asking you...
Somewhat difficult to navigate when having to go back, and the form for the order didn't accept my credit card till I erased it and did it again.

I enjoyed the easy customization. I do machine embroidery myself, so I know from experience that the embroidery turned out well. I wish the garment itself were more substantial. I ordered men's sweatpants, and they are more suitable to spring/fall than winter in terms of weight. Durability remains to be seen. They are quite soft and comfortable; I found myself wearing them working from home for days in a row! Overall, for the price point and custom embroidery, a positive experience!
