I ordered a hoodie with embroidery and the entire inside is filled with embroidery backing after 1 wash. I've since washed 2 times as recommended when I reached out in the chat section. Hoodie is a white mess inside and very unattractive.I received a credit for the shipping but the hoodie was costly and of poor quality. Disappointed because my daughter LOVED the selection.
